Alpha Queen: the Gifted One

She is the most enviable woman from her era. A fearsome alpha, blessed by the moon goddess who declared her the woman who would change the world. A series of events gets Judith time-travelling and she suddenly becomes a delicate and jealous wife of an alpha. While she makes new enemies who want to kill and possess her body, what would happen when the old enemies are also looking to kill her? Would that provoke her wolf to wake up and take them back home? To continue the war they had escaped from, to claim her title back? NB: for easier understanding, kindly note that Judith’s POV, is there to show readers how she’s feeling and how she sees the whole thing while her husband and the others go about the werewolf business. She is unaware of who she is and what they are about. Her POV stops when she finds out that they are werewolves. So when you come across her POV, just know she’s only narrating from her point of view. ***** Join discord: https://discord.gg/7TJWb2Qm

A trap?

The walk continued for a while until the young lady's feet hit a hard brick.

'A trap?'

Instead of turning her back and going back home, she stretched her arm. It was a wall. Her forehead was an inch away from it.

She now understood the reason there were no security guards or measures on the other side of their wall.

There was a main one where she was standing.

she smiled.

She had no torch or match with her; she came along with nothing. She had no map even.

One thing she knew for sure was their walls were all designed the same. The news was something even a three-year-old child would know.

Facing the wall and wondering where to climb from, she heard the guards speak from the other side of the wall.

She placed her ear against the wall, listening to their conversation.

'One-two-three-two-three-two-one-three-one-two-three," she counted in the manner they had spoken.

'So three guards!' She figured, her smile growing bigger and bigger.

So she climbed on the wall and just like the first one, she sat on it too. Watching them and monitoring their every move, hoping an opportunity will avail itself.

And it did.

'Hey, who are you and what are you doing there?' One guard screamed and all eyes were on Judith now.

The girl leaped over the wall. 'My name is Judith, and I'm here for a visit," she calmly sounded.

The audacity! The men had thought.

'Are guards supposed to be drinking when on duty? I know today is a big festive day but I'm sure the main hall will save you guys some food before you are discharged in the next few hours for the next group to take over.

Also, does the Alpha know you are all defaming him and his family?' The guard who had wanted to hold her for the others to beat, quickly stood still, his legs not moving.

'Tsk, she's a girl? And so what? They chose a woman for the future Gamma and so what?' Judith continued, her anger growing too as she knew those words were said behind her back as well.

'Just go back to your pack. Did the guards not see you jumping over here?' The other guard advised her and asked at the same time.

'Good question. They also were on the bad side of the law. Do you know why they are still alive? They saw the bigger picture.' She said while going over to sit on their bench.

'Who are you? Who do you think you are?' One of them questioned her as he was already done with their chit-chat.

Honestly, that kind of hurt the young girl's ego.

She thought by now the rest of the packs have heard of her. She was the war queen.

There was no future war queen; she was the war queen, the only one at that too.

'Get her!' another one shouted and before they could do any more harm to her, she shouted back,

'I am the future Alpha of Hilltop and the war queen!' Again, the group stood still and dropped their weapons.

'If you take me to your Alpha, I'm going to tell him what I heard and saw, and if you try to harm me to bury your secret, the other guards know I'm here and will report to my father if I'm not back before dawn. You don't want any war, do you?' she threatened them, which seemed to have worked before they all dropped their shoulders, defeated.
