Gloria closed the door with a frown and looked at Jordy coldly. "What's the matter with you?"

Gloria's frown deepened. "Jordy, I don't think it's in your character to stay in my house."

"If it wasn't for Karen, do you think I would stay here?"

Gloria snorted and thought he was being irrational, but she didn't doubt his story. After all, if it wasn't for Karen, Jordy would have walked away.

The next moment, Gloria said with a faint smile, "If you're worried, I'll talk to Karen then."

Jordy had a frosty look on his face. "You dare not!"
