[Flashback]

I have invited danger in form of Barry. A deep, deep danger.

After Barry had agreed to allow me practise on him, I thought he was gonna come close and connect my lips with his own, but any of that did not happen.

I rubbed my forehead. "When are we starting the lesson?"

"Someone is eager to learn" He sang.

I turned bright red. Was I that desperate? 

"No, you weren't sounding desperate" He answered the question on my mind.

Was he reading my mind?

"I read your expression" He said casually like it wasn't a big deal that he was answering my unvoiced questions.

I pressed my palm on the bed, leaning my weight on it "But can't we just start now and be done with it?"

"No"

"Why?"

"My body is currently not in the normal state" He answered grimly.

I did a quick scan of his body with my eyes. He looks okay to me.
