He stepped foward to come close to me, his fingers slightly making gentle contact mine, his forehead almost touching mine, his lips just inches apart from mine.

I shut my eyes, getting ready for his lips to take in my mouth in a passionate kiss.

I thought I was getting ready but in reality I was only thinking about the complications a simple kiss will cause. 

If I share a kiss with a guy like Barry, he is a playboy who's had a lot of hot kisses, he would forget mine real quick while it stays in my memory, but with Pete, it's vice versa. If he kisses me now, he would forever remember it while I forget about it and that would hurt him.

The goddess knows that I don't wanna hurt Pete than I already did.

I opened my eyes and stepped back from him just when our lips was almost smashing on each other.
