All Bow Before The Magical Villain

ON HIATUS If transmigration fails, try rebirth. In a magical world where power spoke before all else he would be the most powerful of them all and with their bones he would build his throne. Dex Atticus had transmigrated from earth to a magical continent. He lived right, saved millions and became the justified magic emperor. He had been the hero, or that was how he saw himself after all, it was what transmigrators did in the books. But he was betrayed by those he saved and killed by those who wanted his power. And just when he thought that death had come calling, he returned to start over again. And this time, he had a hunting system as a cheat. All magical inheritances would be his, all the glory would be his, all the wealth in the world he would claim and the most outstanding women, he would take. All his enemies would fall on his sword and every creature on the continent would bow before him, the new reigning supreme villain emperor. He would not be the hero they rejected, he would be the villain they loved. When they asked why he was cruel to the good guys, Dex would simply say, "I am allergic to heroes." No such thing as a friendly villain.

Dex chose to walk home and savor his newly enjoyable life. He could not recall ever walking through the streets of Mitril with fortune in his pocket and greatness in his bones.

Now, felt as if he could do anything, and take on the entire world. He walked with confidence in his steps despite the spots of dry blood on his clothes.

His aura of superiority had others turning back to look at him twice or thrice before they walked on. What exactly was it about this young man that was different, they wondered. What was the reason for the arrogance on his face and what, most importantly was the cause of the bloodstains on his cloak?

The humans wisely avoided him when they saw him coming, stepping out of the way just in case he was a loose canon.

"Oh, I am certain that red head belongs to Dex Atticus?" he had someone whisper from behind his back.

When he turned back, he saw two students in the Ragor Academy uniform so he turned back to the front.

"Who is he?" someone asked.

"The lunatic who took out four mages in the dining hall and got away with it."

"Red hair, that's him!! I heard about it from Olivero and he said it was not four but it was six mages." the other replied.

"No, it was not six, I think it was five. I was there, it was awesome. And the trial too, it was thrilling the way he responded to the dean with no fear."

Dex chuckled and smiled, give him one year and he everyone in this city would know his name. Heck, they would be dyeing their hair red to copy his style.

[Ding!]

1. [Humiliate Lord Zo Pharm and get the recipe for a strength increasing pill.]

2. [Bow before Lord Zo and get the recipe for magical beast strength transformation elixir.]

3. [Do nothing, get nothing.]

Dex continued moving because the voice of the system in his mind was now something he was attuned to. As he walked he wondered what had made the system target this Lord Zo.

"Why and who is Lord Zo?" he asked.

[The father of Zo Channing, a fellow student in your school. It is not up to this system to explain the reasoning behind your mission.]

"Since I said I won't bow you must know what choice I will make, number one."

Even though it was the choice he was making, he felt a slight twinge of guilt. Zo Channing was one of the students who volunteered to help him in wiping out the flying mantis which killed his parents in his past life. He was a friend, and humiliating his father was not appropriate.

Perhaps option three was the better choice in this situation.

[There is no such thing as a friendly villain, only a powerful villain.]

The system said and laid out the current position of Lord Zo Pharm.

Dex followed it and he found himself at the doorstep of one of the best restaurants in the city named Clarity. It sold high ranking magical beast meat which meant the price was way up there.

To enter Clarity, the fifteen storied restaurant one only needed to show financial strength at the door. It was manned by two level six mages and even stronger ones protected it inside on every floor.

Dex took out a handful of gold coins and they shook their heads. It was not enough.

He used a simple elevation spell and a three handfuls of gold coins hovered in the air.

The guards stepped aside, he collected his money and went inside.

It was easy to see why Clarity was one of the most frequented restaurants in the city once he stepped inside. The female servers were beautiful and they dressed in long light dresses which had thigh high slits exposing some flesh to tease their guests.

The male servers were shirtless, exposing their overly fit chests and arms.

Surprisingly, there was a large warning right here on the first floor.

"Do not touch the servers inappropriately or you will not like the consequences."

So it was a look but don't touch situation. It was easy to see how the servers could be harassed when they dressed only slightly better than brothel workers.

Dex's nose led him away from the appearance of the servers. The smells of intoxicating food and wines were enough for one to wish to drown themselves inside.

They also had a music mage that was singing a very charming song which was catchy and enjoyable.

Dex was approached by one of the female servers. She had a bewitching smile on her face and long purple hair that coiled around her neck.

"Which floor do you want to go?" she asked in a soft voice.

Lord Zo was on the tenth floor and Dex did not want to be associated in any way with his deplorable actions.

"Second floor, a private room." he said.

"Please follow me."

He was led to what worked as an elevator in the restaurant. It was controlled by an array set up by an earth mage. Dex had seen many of these in his past life.

They reached the second floor quickly and he was guided to a private room.

"What do you recommend?" he asked the female server.

There was a scroll in the middle of the table in the room. Images of foods kept moving and changing. Some were cancelled out, others were marked as unavailable and others were marked as special.

"All of our meat is great from every magical beast. However, more special meat is reserved for guests on upper floors or those who made reservations. We also have fried rice, fresh bread, bean curd..."

She recited almost everything on the menu.

"Tell you what, I have one thousand gold coins and I want to take away meat, rice and anything else that you think is good. Also two jars of wine. One should be the kind a non magician can drink but infused with herbs that are good for the body. Please pack them tightly, I need to deliver them intact."

He dumped a thousand coins in the bowl like hole in the middle of the table below the hovering menu.

"One thousand coins." a voice said and the money vanished.

The waitress happily went out and Dex was left alone.

His astral clone could not be detected by any magic in this room so he released it.

"Go to the tenth floor and take off the clothes of Lord Zo Pharm. Leave him only in his underpants, and maybe cause a small ruckus so that people can see."

That had to be good enough for the system. What else could be more humiliating for a Lord of a medium sized clan and level eight mage than being seen like that in public?
