Chapter ten : In The kitchen with Leona.

'you have now got the courage to face your worst fears ,right anyway am proud of your braveness .' said Leona

' What do you mean ?'

' l know what actually happened to you that Wednesday evening.'

' what evening?'

' Alessia,l know you are going through alot of psychology toture.And you are trying to forget the past but the past will hold you back however much you are try to escape from it's said Leona in a low torne .

' No one Alessia. l was there at the time Raphael and Nicole had gone out and l was there when you were screaming in your room. l ran to see what was happening but unfortunately l found your bedroom door locked and deep voice was heard from inside saying.

' You are growing so fast Alessia.' l tried to knock but something provoked me from knocking the door .l placed my head in to your bedroom door thinking that l would at least get something.It was so unfortunate that was unable to hear anything.

That was when l heard Madam Elvy's car pack at the lot .l didn't want her to find me upstairs that's why run as fast as I could to reach downstairs ' said Leona

'Leona you are so heartless.' l cried out

' Sorry, Alessia l know that what l did wasn't right please forgive me'

' Before l realized,Leona was at my feet lthink she also felt my pain.And she really didn't mean it.'

' ' It's okay Leona,no need to blame yourself, you are surely innocent.It is all my fault .If only l had stopped uncle Richard early on.All this wouldn't have happened to me .Now just look at me. l have no one to report all this to.It is so impossible for me to report to aunt Elvy how will she feel if she finds out that her husband harassed me how will Nicole and Raphael feel if they find out that their dad robbed away my dignity from me .They have showed me alot of love and l just can't turn their love to hatred .No it is just so unfair for them .l rather forget what happened to me and keep it to myself Leona please promise me that you won't tell anymore.

' l will Alessia, But don't you think that what you are doing will one day back fire and the truth will finally come out.'

' Am ready for that day Leona. l Alessia am the fearless and strong.But am not sure of how Aunt Elvy will react if she finds out the truth coz she might not even believe in me and end up throwing me out of the house which wouldn't be hard for her after all am not her child.'

Am just an orphan who was placed or left in the hands of her aunt .

As l was still in the kitchen with Leona,Aunt Elvy came in.' Hey Alessia, what's keeping on here for long.'

l hurried to clean up my tears quickly before she could see them .After cleaning off my tears l turned to look at her .She was right in front of me .

' Ahh,aunt l was just talking to Leona '

' Ok, won't you come and join us'

' Yes ,am coming'

l had no problem with going downstairs only if uncle Richard wasn't there.

' Aunt ,Is uncle downstairs'

' yes, he is.Why?'

' Ahhhh----- , it's nothing.'

' Ok, come quick.'

l went to the sitting room but this time, k wasn't surprised to see Uncle Richard there for aunt Elvy had already Informed me of it.
