“Welcome, Thai athletes. Here are your badges.”

An AOS staff member standing in the lobby of Japan’s main AOS HQ located in Tokyo said politely with a graceful bow. Around ten badges were handed out to Thailand’s national athletes who had safely arrived in the country.

“Thank you.”

Madame Fon, who was the leader of the group nodded smilingly as she accepted the lanyards before handing them out to the team’s captain who was standing beside her.

“So what’s next on the schedule?” Merlin asked.

“We will have a small meeting in the morning regarding the preliminary tournament, including the more in-depth details such as the arena where the matches will take place and the Judges who will be working with us during the competition. Later in the afternoon, we will draw a lottery to pick out the groups and brackets. After that, there will be a welcome party for the athletes in the evening. Finally, we will escort everyone back to the hotel that we have prepared.”
