50,000 years ago, Hell was destroyed because of too much Foul from the resentment of the souls that later turned to Soul Eaters and devoured everything in their wake, leaving nothing of Hell. The gods above in Heaven, in order to take care of the newly-died souls, created the Afterlife Department comprised of grim reapers. "If it is not that male student its target, then, why did it still show up tonight?" Huo Ling asked. Then, he froze when he realized something. "Could it be… it has mistaken its target?" he asked.
Yi Bing shook his head. "I don't think so." He answered. "For it to plan this meticulously, it can't be wrong in its target." He said.
"Then…" Huo Ling muttered.
"Remember that the students say that as long as the four school legends were completed – " Yi Bing looked at him. " – a massacre will happen in the school." He said.
Huo Ling nodded.
"I guess, there is a condition when it is killing its target." Yi Bing said.
"A condition?" Huo Ling blinked.
"What the students said about the massacre, isn't it a condition, too?" Yi Bing asked.
