It came in the form of a plump mephitic man pompously strutting to the center.
"Then don't stay!" He said with an arrogant smirk, looking down at the dark-skinned man missing a leg. "We don't want poor waste like you here in my Royal Village!"
The people dutifully gave way to him, creating a clear path.
The crowd had various expressions, some were respectful, some were fearful, and some were disgusted.
No, looking closer… it was mostly disgusted.
