"Let me get this straight, Detective." Captain Gates said. "We have surveillance video of the shooter and we can't get any kind of an ID?"

"Yes, sir." Kate replied.

"Well, let me see the footage." Gates snapped. Beckett turned the computer monitor towards her. "The killer is…Elvis?"

"Yes, sir. The Fairwick is hosting an Elvis impersonators convention. The man's face is obscured by his wig, the over-sized sunglasses, and he had his scarf over the lower part of his face."

"How many Elvis impersonators are there?"

"The Fairwick says they have five hundred and eighty two, not including Jack Forrest, the victim."

"What about his costume, a pink and blue jumpsuit with a fur cape should be distinctive enough to ID the killer."

"The costume was found in one of the hotel's washing machines, sir." Kate replied. "CSU wasn't able to find anything and no one knows who put it in the washer." Anticipating the next question, Kate added, "The costume belongs to a Roger Mallory, sir. He reported the suit missing before the murder and at the time of the murder, he was signing autographs."

"Fake Elvis's sign autographs?" Gates' eyebrows rose.

"Apparently, sir."

"What about the murder weapon?"

Kate looked at a report. "Stolen from a home in Connecticut some two years ago, sir. A Colt .22. It wasn't loud enough to be heard over the sound of twenty five Elvis's singing Jail House Rock in the main room. Ballistics came up empty. "

"Can we eliminate any of the suspects?"

Kate nodded. "We can eliminate the African-American Elvis's, the female Elvis's, the three hundred pound Elvis, the Elvis in…"

"How many suspects do we have now?" Gates asked sharply.

"About three hundred and two, since there are some that the other security cams show as being elsewhere at the time of the murder. But with so many Elvis's with wigs, sunglasses and what not, we can't narrow it down much more."

"Do you have any ideas?"

"Actually, sir, Castle has an idea."

Gates glared at Kate. "Your fiancé always has an idea." She sighed. "But no one else seems to have an idea. What is his idea?"

Three hours later a stretch limo arrived at the Fairwick carrying Rick Castle as Elvis, and Kate. Rick got out of the limo and offered his hand to help Kate out. When she got out, he dropped to his knees and said, "Thank you. Thank you very much, pretty momma."

Kate smiled, then leaned forward to whisper in his ear. "Remember, mix with the Elvis's and try to find someone who wanted to kill Forrest. Okay?"

"Wise men say, never argue with Kate." Rick sang to her.

She kissed him. "Go. I'll wander around and see if I can find out anything. They both disappeared into the hotel. As Kate walked away, Rick sang mournfully, "Since my Katie left me, I've found a new place to dwell, it's down at the end of Lonely Street at the Fairwick Hotel." Several women smiled at him.

Kate made several turns around the main ballroom. There was Elvis memorabilia for sale, Elvis tee shirts, photos, Graceland key chains and more. Kate found that she'd wandered into an Elvis trivia contest when an Elvis shoved a mic in her face and asked, "Tell me, you hunka, hunka, hunka burning love, who were the million dollar quartet?"

Kate was about to flatten the Elvis, but blurted out, "Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis and Johnny Cash."

"Right! You win an Elvis tee shirt! Put your hands together for…?"

"Kate." She said as the audience applauded and a tee shirt was pressed into her hands.

Kate decided she had better find Rick and find out if he'd found anything. He had. He'd found the Elvis Sisters, or rather they'd found him. They wore their dark hair in Elvis pompadours, had "sideburns" and didn't have enough clothing between them to make one Elvis jumpsuit.

"Oh, hi, honey. " Rick said. "These are the Elvis Sisters, Elle, Ellen and Ella. They actually are sisters."

One sister was sliding her hand under Rick's shirt, the other had her hand on his butt. The third one was giving Kate a speculative look.

"Can I talk to you for a moment?" She grabbed Castle's hand and pulled him away.

"See you after the show." One of the Sisters called.

"Like hell." Kate muttered under her breath. She pushed Castle up against a wall. "What were you doing?"

"What I'm supposed to be doing. Trying to find out about Forrest. He's from Cleveland, Ohio, the Elvis Sisters are from Cleveland. See?"

"And?" Beckett said, still glaring at him.

Castle looked away from her. "Um, they didn't know him. Apparently he was married and the Sisters have a strict rule about…"

"Trying to screw men who forget to mention they're engaged?" Kate snapped.

"They would never succeed. You know that. Now can I get back to trying to find Forrest's killer?"

Kate nodded, then gave him a long, slow, wet, sloppy kiss. Then she winked at him and went off, leaving Castle standing there with a smile.

Kate smiled to herself. Castle wasn't the only one who knew a guy.

Castle was at the late afternoon cocktail party, talking with Black Elvis, who did look a lot like the King and Lady Elvis, who looked nothing like the King. But considering the assets she had on display, Castle could see why she'd be a crowd pleaser, at least for male Elvis fans.

Suddenly a woman in a tight, short sequined dress, with a bouffant hairdo sat next to him, sliding her hand up his thigh. It took him a second to recognize her as Kate.

"And who are you, Darlin'?" Lady Elvis asked.

"Why, I'm Priscilla Presley, Elvis' wife, Darlin'."

Lady Elvis laughed. "You look pretty good, you know. But that fake rock is too much. You should try for something more realistic."

Kate smiled and scratched Rick's glass of Scotch with the diamond in her ring. "Fake rock, Darlin'?"

Lady Elvis nodded. "Oh, Elvis, it looks like you really love Priscilla here."

"That I do. That I do."

Lady Elvis soon left as did Black Elvis. For the rest of the night, Rick and Kate mixed with Elvis who was actually from Tupelo, Mississippi, Texas Elvis, psychedelic San Francisco Elvis, the Canadian Twin Elvis's, Hawaiian Elvis, three Mexican El Vis's who argued about who had coined the name first, and a eighty year old Elvis who had played bass guitar in the backup band on the Louisiana Hayride, one of Elvis' first TV appearances. However, none of them knew Jack Forrester.

Once back in the suite that Rick had booked for the night, he took off his costume as Kate took off her dress and wig.

"There's no reason for you to be jealous, you know. You may not be my one and done, but you will be the last Mrs. Castle. I promise you that." Castle held her close.

She leaned into him. "On one level I know that, but on another, I remember that I spent years pushing you away, insulting you, hiding in relationships with men I didn't love and lying to you about the most important thing you ever told me. That part of me will always be afraid that one day you'll remember all of that and we'll be done."

"Have I told you lately that I love you, well, darling I'm telling you now." Rick sang softly to her.

"You should love me. After all, I cracked the case."

"You what? How?"

Kate smiled a superior smile. "I was in the ladies room and I ran into Mrs. Helen Forrest, who was behaving nothing like a recent widow. I followed her and she left the hotel with another impersonator. I'm having Ryan and Esposito follow them. As soon as they identify the man, we'll bring them in for questioning. I'm sure we'll have a confession by tomorrow."

"Will the warden throw a party in the county jail?"

"No, but I think it's time to see some of those famous Elvis moves. Horizontally."
