Chapter 15 Cooperation and Compensation (Rewrite)

The meeting continues after the conversation witb Madam J had ended and Mr. Sawamura had been locked away as he had been suspected being colluded with Madam J.

"Mr. Ichijou, Captain Kuune, I want to request your help to find Madam J where we will give you rewards when you have succeeded in capturing her." Requested Minister Takahiro

"Minister Takahiro, I think that it's not good idea to rely on them as we didn't know whether they colluded with those peole or not?" Said General Takaoka as he persuades Minister Takahiro.

"Well, I will help you in capturing Madam J as she had broken the intergalactic's law by conquering this country." Said Kuune at Minister Takahiro before looks at General Takaoka and says, "However, if you're reluctant with our help, we didn't care at all as we only help the one that sincere enough with our cooperation."

"I'm sorry, Captain Kuune on General Takaoka's suspicion at you as he had suddenly known that our military equipment's technology had been given by an unknown alien. I hope that you're can understand that." Said the Minister at Kuune as he wipes his sweat.

"Don't worry, Minister Takahiro. They will help you later but they need some of your sincere cooperation first as they didn't want to know that their help will not be appreciated by all of you here in the future." Said Kanda as he supports Kuune.

"Don't worry, Mr. Ichijou. I will bring the content from this meeting to my other comrades in the ministry as they also need to know about what had happened to our country right now. We also will appreciate any of your effort that you all will be given during the process of capturing Madam J." Said Minister Takahiro seriously.

"Thank you so much, Minister Takahiro, for your promise but we need to discuss something important first." Said Kuune at the Minister.

"What is it, Captain Kuune?" Askes Minister Takahiro.

"We heard that some of your organization in this country had attacked my scout, Eris-san here, when she arrived on this planet."

"Eh? We didn't really know about that accident at all." Said the Minister before he looks at General Takaoka and asks, "Are you aware of what had been said by Captain Kuune? Or are you had being mistaken, Captain Kuune?"

"We don't really know about that accident, Minister Takahiro. Moreover, my people hadn't reported to me about any accident that happened for the past six months except that unknown message and the 'Starlight' event." Replied General Takaoka.

"I can assure you that you know about that as I can confirm one of the organizations that had been involved is the Immigration Bureau of Japan." Said Kanda as he talks to General Takaoka.

"Do you have any evidence to support your claim, Mr. Ichijou? We can arrest you for your slander to our country if the information is wrong." Said General as he looks at Kanda angrily.

"Of course, we can show you the evidence." Replied Kanda as he nods before looking at Melwin and says, "First Officer Melwin, can you show the gentlemen here the video that I had been given to you before?"

"Sure." Nodded Melwin before she broadcast the content of the video inside the meeting room.

~30 minutes later.

"DAMN!!! That old man Fujisaki! How dare they do that without the permission from the ministry. General Takaoka, I order you right now to inform Minister of Defense, Fukimine Sachiko to bring that Old Fujisaki to me for the involvement of his Immigration Bureau in attacking one of the personnel of our guest here in this country. That Old Fujisaki was already being too much as we had gave him too much leeway in his way of managing that bureau." Said Minister Takahiro as he slams the table before ordered General Takaoka.

"Yes, sir." Replied General Takaoka as he picks up the phone and makes call on the other side.

After Minister Takahiro sees General Takaoka has made the call, he looks at the people in front of him and says, "I'm sorry about the accident that had been happened, Captain Kuune. May we ask on how much you will take as the compensation for that accident."

"Well...we think about this much for the compensation." Said Kuune as she shows two fingers.

"Two?" Asked Minister Takahiro with confused looks.

"That's right, we want two for our compensation on that incident." Confirmed Kuune.

"Impossible!!! That's too much and you're not sincere enough to give us your forgiveness." Retorted General Takaoka angrily.

"Calm down, General Takaoka. Do you know? If they follow my instruction right now, I will let them bombard this building next." Said Kanda at General Takaoka.

"Are You Threaten Me?!! It's outrageous, Mr. Ichijou. Do you think that we will let you leave this room unscratched if you attack this room?" Said General Takaoka as he stares at Kanda furiously.

"I'm sure that I can survive that. Do you know why? First, I'm a spokesperson of Catia's Federation and they will help me to escape. Second, your country already at fault as you didn't control one of your organizations where Eris had been attacked by them. And lastly, I'm your target for the investigation from the 'Starlight' event, do you think that I don't have any abilities on me? You should agree with that 200 million compensation and moreover, it's in US Dollar." Said Kanda as he slowly explained at General Takaoka.

"T-Th-That's..." General Takaoka just tongue tied as he listened to the explanation.

Minister Takahiro quickly says after he saw General Takaoka being stumped by Kanda's explanation, "I'm sorry about that, Mr. Ichijou. Can you give us some times to consider as I need to discuss this with the others?"

"I'm alright with that as long as Catia's Federation allows it." Said Kanda as he looks at Kuune.

"We agree with him as we know that you need time to discuss but how long you need?" Asked Kuune as she nodded at Kanda.

"One month." Replied Minister Takahiro.

Kanda shakes his head and says, "One week and no compromise. If you're late about that, we can start destroying this building first ti show our determination."

Minister Takahiro sighs weakly before he says, "Fine. One week and we will respond back immediately to all of you later.

"Thank you and have a nice day, Minister Takahiro. Happy for your cooperation here." Said Kanda as he stood up as he raises his hand for handshake.

Minister Takahiro returnes the handshake as he smiles wryly and says, "Happy for your cooperation too, Mr. Ichijou, though I will not have a nice day. You're too hard to negotiate, Mr. Ichijou, and I don't want to meet you again."

"Hahaha, calm down, Minister Takahiro, I'm just acting as a spokesperson for them for today so I need to fight seriously. After this, maybe you will see me work at the food stall next." Said Kanda as he tells a joke at the Minister.

After that, Minister Takahiro accompanied Kanda and his group back to their spacecraft before goes back to the meeting room when the spacecraft had gone away.

~Inside the meeting room.

"Minister Takahiro, why have you gave in to their threat? We should ignore them and capture them as their people will not know about that." Said General Takaoka immediately when he arrived inside the room.

"And how you know that their people will not know about their capture later? How much you can guarantee that they will find out about your plan?" Asked Minister Takahiro as he looks at General Takaoka seriously.

"Well...that's..." General Takaoka just stumps there without continue his words.

"You couldn't answer right?" Said Minister Takahiro before continuing with his words, "That's why I agree with their arrangement and we need as much help as possible as we now knew about the presence of an unknown alien that secretly gives its technology to us and almost control our country from the dark. Furthermore, it will make the ministry to be busy late when I gave them the information in our meeting today. Let's go, we have only one week to finish all of this."

Back to Kanda and his friends after they went out of the meeting room and sitting inside the spacecraft as the spacecraft starts to fly back to Kio's house.

Kanda exhales sighs of relief as he says, "That's so close. I don't want to be a part of any meeting anymore. It's too much for me and too exhausting to fight in politics."

Kanda leans his body on the seat while Eris massages his shoulders as she says, "Thanks for your hard work, Kanda-san."

"Nevermind about that, Eris, as I already a part of your team but I need to sleep for now." Said Kanda as he waves his hand before continues, "Can someone give me some pillows as I need them for me to sleep here on the seat?"

"We don't have any pillows but you can sleep on my lap, Kanda-san." Said Eris as she adjusted her posture from standing to sit behind Kanda.

"Well, thank you, Eris. I will not refuse those fine thighs as I'm very sleepy right now." Said Kanda as he puts his head on Eris's thighs while comments, "Hmm...it's soft and comfortable."

"Thank you for today, Ichijou-kun. You're very good at negotiation as I can see that they cannot refuse your demands." Said Kuune as she looks at Kanda that rest his head on Eris's tights.

"It's fine, Captain Kuune as they couldn't refuse our demands as they need as much help as possible and your arrival gave them that hope. Therefore, they accept the demands although the demands too outrageous for them to accept. However, we need to plan our next action as we know that another alien also resided on this planet."

"Ichijou-san, on your thought, what we need to do for our next plan?" Asked Melwin curiously.

"Nothing." Replied Kanda short.

"Nothing?" Repeated Kuune.

"Yes, for now, not all the organizations that might be reacted on your arrival had shown themselves over. So, we need to find them first which I don't know where to find it. However, I could guarantee that they will make their move soon." Explained Kanda.

"Why you are so sure about that, Kanda-san?" Asked Eris while she massages Kanda's head.

"They may already know about your arrival as your Mothership can be seen by everyone on this planet when you're coming down long ago. They might need your technology or your presence in their organization. Therefore, we can see their movement anytime soon." Explained Kanda.

"Let's leave that thing to the future. Firstly, we need to celebrate our cooperation with this planet first and I need to eat many things so Kanda, you need to make a feast for everyone here later on." Said Chaika as she expresses her idea.

"Hahaha, it's alright, Chaika but lets me sleep for now as I'm too sleepy." Said Kanda as he closes his eyes.

"Rest well, Ichijou-kun/ Ichijou-san/ Kanda-san." Said Kuune, Melwin, and Eris respectively.

As Kanda slowly closes his eyes before he enters the dreamland, the spacecraft slowly traveling back towards Kio's house without waking up Kanda.
