Throwing herself onto the sofa, Ivana Bennett picked up her phone and dialed Qiao's number, ensuring the volume was at its maximum.

"Beloved Daddy, I'm already on the boat, just chilling on the sofa watching TV. The view here is pretty nice, though there are many places I haven't explored yet…"

"Glad you're safe," Qiao chuckled from the other end. "I heard you ran into an old acquaintance?"

Knowing that it was Night Breeze who had reported Lucas Walker's presence to Qiao, Ivana didn't hide anything. "Yeah, just like chewing gum, such a nuisance."

"No need to worry, I've already talked with Yang, he will coordinate the entire plan. Besides, we found out that someone visited Anya Smith before her death. Can you guess who?"

Ivana sat up straight. "Don't tell me… the chewing gum?"

"Exactly." Qiao's voice darkened. "More so…I have sufficient reasons to suspect it was his doing."

"Any evidence?"

"None, the perpetrator was clean and thorough."

Ivana heaved a sigh of relief.
