Page 38- _Mirage of the end:Final words_

Keisuke.... _But if you trust me, i will explain everything to you soon._

Hearing my own voice, the sudden lowering change came as a surprise. Bit by bit i could feel it vanish. A sad melody had sprung upon me and left me wilting like a carcass. Plus the scary rumbling and thunder roar follow-descended shutting out any ounce of sound to be heard. Having spoken my last words, i pulled my legs powerlessly back to the car. The heavy downpour felt like it was washing away my joy. Point unknown my own teardrops had joined the fall and slid to the ground. The so elegant and cheerful man i once was that morning had been ripped out by the windy night. "Is Rin ok i wonder?, i hope she doesn't come to hate me that much. Maybe i should go check up on her, but no! i should leave. It's probably for the best" Dipping my mind in lies, i choked any last thoughts and dashed to the car. I got in careless to the surroundings as i noticed my surly mood rising.

Naruhito.... _Sir are you okay?, By all means take my coat before you catch a cold._

Me.... _I'm fine, your coat is not needed. Just drive home and keep quiet!._

"Before you catch a cold," he said, hah!, i felt cold already. Not from the chilly chuckle swooping in from the weather, but from the cold words i had left for Rin to figure out. The thought of her next decision made me quiver with fright. Naruhito did a topsy-turvy drive through the slippery road at light speed. We pulled over the gates in less than twenty minutes. An hour journey drawn to a minute drive expressed how worried my chauffeur was. He'd get nervous while driving me least to say even more when i'd be feeling down.

Rising ambivalent feelings in me couldn't settle on a "sorry" , worst of all any apologetic emotion or gratitude. And as the gates opened, i ran towards the house and charged straight up to my room. I took off the awful wet suit and flushed on a pair of Midnight blue pajamas. Diving onto the bed, i wallowed in deep sorrow fervently waiting for my dreams to fondle me with warmth.

Nasuke Aomori.... _Young sir Keisuke, mind i ask do you feel well? If any stone purges your heart in the harsh waves, be at ease to tell me. With that said goodnight sir, i now take my leave._

"Heh, so that's your way of caring, thanks Nasuke. But i'll be fine, it's only a matter of time. They do say it heals everything after all...," i mumbled to myself in pity. Even if i can't see her now, i'll detain our meet till the perfect time to tell her comes. With the butler long gone, night approached in serenity. The distant neighbor sounds ceased to play and dreams swept the air leaving the blissful night roaming under a star-lit sky. "Please forgive me Rin, i promise i'll eagerly wait for a good enough time to explain everything," and those accounted as my mirage of the end day's final words.

*Flashback End*

Keisuke.... _And even though i told myself that, it took me months to find the perfect time to tell you. I was always scared and i'd hide whenever i saw you with Aigasaki or Takahiro. Anyway that's what i wanted to tell you. Do you believe me?_

"Believe you?",of course that was a given. Rintaro knew her brother in and out, besides, this kind of thing fit him very well. Her mind felt a heavy load lifted only to be left with a super furore emotion. Of all the things she heard from him, only her brother popped up. She couldn't _*not*_ get reckless even if Keisuke had asked her to do so. Hell who would!?, having your brother mess up your reunited relationship?, that's definitely the kind of crap whispering," get reckless or set off on a rampage!"

Rintarõ.... _Keisuke, you're sure the call was from my contact right?_

Keisuke.... _Y-yeah... it read Rintaro Haruno_

Rintarõ.... _And the voice really said Takashi Haruno right?_

Keisuke.... _....uhh y-Yeah i'm pretty sure, why'd you ask?...._

Rintarõ.... _Thank you so much. Sorry to be blunt, but will you excuse me. I've got one hell of a phone phone call to make!!_

The only concentrated emotion in Haruno's mind was anger. A fine and just feeling but very rueful to stumble upon. Though she tried best to hide it, her face charged an evil grin overhauled in a crazy death glare. Her fingers swiped the smooth screen in distress parrying other names for "Takashi". When it popped up on the frequent call list, her eyes swung in lust like a predator finally clutching its prey.
