Chapter ONE

Page 7- _Reached cloud nine_

Before leaving, Rintaro had promised Takashi that she would leave the keys stashed under the front door flowerpot. A while later she took a bath, went to her room and began dressing up. She released her pigtails into long straight silky golden hair. Since birth her faced sparkled more than when she'd put makeup. Even when going out and about, many believed she would've applied something on her face. So as her mother used to say, _"why dream as a peacock, when you're an exceptionally ephemeral creature"_ , she put aside the makeup, and wore her last gift dress from her mother .

It was a rose pink italian provenance halter dress in a small birdseye design, and embellished with ornamental roses. At the bottom was a fuacia pink stripped short lace. She added a pair of magenta leather high heels. Completing her dress up was a cream cocktail hat toned by a pink ribbon. Finished, she took her purse and put her needed and wanted accesories inside. Suddenly the doorbell rang. When she opened up, her face showed an amazed expression.

An astutely accost gentleman with amusing red eyes stood in front. Keisuke wore a white formal suit and along with a black shirt inside, matched a black tie. With his silvery white hair tagged along a pair of black leather dress shoes.

Smile-snatching and adding lustre to the air around with those crystal clear white teeth, he shoved out a rose from his back. It meant fate intertwined as he said it in the old British _fancy_ way.

Keisuke.... _Me lady, shall we?_

Caught up in the moment, Rintaro forgot to leave the keys. She wished for all of it to last long, but never in her mind did she think that destiny would have other plans. Both went into the shiny black luxurious limo carved with the name Senami on its number plate. With auburn coloured seats positioned to fit the stature of a King, Rin couldn't help but feel uncomfortable. She noticed how the roof was golden-painted and adorned with iridescent art.

First stop was the movies. They bought two tickets to a couple's romantic movie and thanks to lady luck on their side, it began in 10 minutes. Haruno went and bought some caramel flavored popcorn and a milkshake endorsed with two straws, whereas Senami got to hold two front row seats. Even though the movie was great, Rintaro enjoyed the way they sat. His left hand was wrapped around her neck stretching to her shoulders as she lay her head on his laps. She was so eased she felt the warmth from his seething into her. A sensation no different from the day before but a bit warmer. Although she wanted it to last, the moment vanished into thin air.

Jealous was the time that flew by and ended the movie. The lights abruptly went on as noise seized the whole theatre room. People went out lashing their comments. When they got out, the two rested for a while. During their short break, they talked about how the movie was. Keisuke's eyes showed great felicity. "He must have a taste for these kind of movies," thought Rintaro.

Keisuke..... _Did you like the movie?_

Still caught up in the moment she blurted out,"Yes!, it was more amazing since i slept in your lap".

After listening to her own words, Rin drowned in embarassment. When she tried to apologize, a burst of laughter came from Keisuke's mouth. "Instead of enjoying the movie you ended up finding a nice bed on my laps," he ridiculously teased her.

She was slightly angry and more happy that he wasn't mad. After a few minutes of rest, Keisuke took out a small black covered day planner in which Rin caught a glimpse of "Plans for the day" written. Next up was icecream.

"One triple scoop of chocolate flavoured icecream for the both of us please," said Rin whilst her date went and sat down on a nearby bench. She suggested sharing since in her mind, romance was in the air. Cooped up beside him and about to enjoy the delicious coned icecream, a small boy suddenly showed up in front of Haruno crying. She sacrificed the lovely moment forseen in the future to be joyous and gave it to the young boy. No sooner had the child stopped crying, did the mother come and take him.

Lady.... _I've been looking for him. I apologize for the icecream._

Rintarõ... _No worries, just let him keep it._ *smiles towards boy*

After they were gone Rin kept agonizing over it, but little did she know Senami felt the same way. Since they were in the park they decided to go flower viewing. At this time of the year flowers blossomed quite well. They leaned against one of the trees and took several pictures. Some were awkward since Rin's lace would suddenly go up because of the wind. Walking along the path, both held each other's hand. Rintaro spotted some couples in the small clean lake canoeing. They tried it out but only she seemed to have a blast. On the contrary, Senami didn't like water very much so they had to stop and rest for a while.

Last stop was his very own mother's famous restaurant. Since they were special guests, both were treated to a few special dishes.
