Meeting at the Fountain

Looking at Edge of Time while being careful not to cut himself on the blade again, Silver could see a line of text appear.

[(Edge of Time)

A blade forged by a blacksmith new to his craft with the intention to protect the ones he loves.

(Edge of Time) will grow with its user and develop a skill over time.]

'Well I don't think it was a bad first blade but should I make a better one?' He thought to himself.

'I'll stick with this one for now.' He decided after thinking of how the blade would grow with him. However he could still attempt to make a better one when leveling his crafting.

"You can creat weapons now so i believe my job is done." The bulky man said after grabed the hammer from near the anvil and signaled for him to leave.

"Thank you for teaching me." Silver said before grabing his things and heading to the door that sealed the room. Stoping only feet away from the door to exit the sealed room, he had one more question.

"Where do I go to use a forge in the future?" Stoping and asking before he left.

"You can rent a forging room near the blacksmithing guild in the dragon district. It's the one with a dragon over the west fountain." The bulky man said before almost pushing Silver out of the room and sealing the door.

Looking back at the sealed room before returning to the front of the store he could see it was night time through the windows at the front of the shop.

Realizeing he lost track of time he opened his status and could see it was a little after 4 in the afternoon. Remembering he promised to call Elizabeth as soon as school was over he made his way back to the Inn.

Walking into his room at the inn Silver could see both Rachel and Rianna were in a bed sleeping. Takeing off his cloak and satchel bag and putting them on the second bed before also takeing off his sweat covered clothes he climed into the bed and layed next to the girls who were cuddleing with each other.

Logging off, Ryan took of his headset and stretched his body a little. Only feeling a little stiff and not any pain like before, he got off the bed before walking over to his desk.

Picking up his phone and sitting in his chair he went to his contracts and called Elizabeth. Hearing the phone ringing a few times before someone picked up he could hear Elizabeth speak.

"Ryan?" Elizabeth asked.

"Hey, sorry for not calling you immidiatly, I got a little caught up in game." He told Elizabeth.

"Ohh... its alright." She said sounding a little down.

"I promise it was worth waiting. I made it to the capital so we can finally play together." He said hopeing to lift her spirits.

"Really?" He could hear Elizabeth's exitement over the phone.

"Yeah. I'm in the district with the phoenix statue over the fountain." He told her.

"I'll head there immidiatly." Elizabeth said as she ended their call in a rush.

Takeing his phone away from his ear and looking at it, Ryan didnt believe she just hung up on him. 'Thats a first.' He thought as he has always had to be the one to end their calls in the past since Elizabeth always wanted to continue to chat with him if she could.

Getting up and heading down stairs to grab a bite to eat he made it to the bottom of the stairs before Kana showed up almost out of nowhere.

"Did you make it to the capital?" Kana asked.

Nodding before moveing around her to go to the kitchen he went to the fridge to find something to eat. Hearing footsteps behind him it was clear Kana was following him so they could talk more.

"I'm near the fountain with a phoenix statue over it." he told her while looking in the fridge for something to eat.

"Me and the others are in the griffin district. I'll let them know so we can make our way over." Kana said takeing out her phone.

Takeing out the fixings to make a sandwich and some macaroni salad, he stared to make something to eat while he could see Kana tapping on her phone.

After makeing his sandwich Ryan went to the couch to sit down and eat. Kana walked over shortly after to let him know she was heading up stairs to log onto the game and head to the fountain he was talking about.

"How long will it take you to make it from the griffin district to the district I'm in?" He asked so he could meet up with them.

"It shouldnt take more than a hour if we catch one of the carrages that transport people in the capital." Kana yelled as she went up the stairs.

Hearing her door shut from downstairs he turned on the TV and watched a show as he was eating. Even when he cleared his plate Ryan decided to stay and finish the show he was watching.

Watching the TV show all the way to the end of the episode he decided it was about time to head back upstairs and log in.

Heading up to his room and laying on his bed, Ryan put his headset on and logged into Abandoned Kingdom's Online.

Opening his eyes, Silver could see that Rachel and Rianna were still laying next to him fast asleep. Getting up and going to the shower makeing sure to be as quiet as possible in a attempt to not wake them up, he thought of how he needed to be quick.

Walking into the shower and turning on the water he proceeded to rinse off his body before drying off and realizeing he didn't have any clothing to put on that weren't dirty.

Takeing his dirty clothes into the bathroom to clean them, Silver took longer than he wanted as they smelled from how much he was sweating when at the forge.

Thinking about buying some new clothing he finished washing and drying his clothing in the bathroom.

Putting on his clothes before also putting on his cloak. Silver grabed his satchel bag and left the room with the sleeping girls in it.

Makeing his way out of the Inn and to the fountain with the phoenix statue above it, he pondered what classes all of the girls picked. Kana, Brooke, Emilia, and Trish never told him what class they picked and wanted to surprise him but he never asked Elizabeth because it never came to mind.

Walking up to the fountain he could see people hanging around and just chatting. Looking around for Any of the girls he couldnt find them so he went to the edge of the fountain to wait for them.

Haveing to wait for close to 30 minutes he wondered if they would ever show up but only minutes later he could see someone that looked exactly like Elizabeth but only with a few differences.

Looking at her he could see Elizabeth still had he Void Black hair that reached around mid back but her eyes were now pink instead of her normal sapphire blue. There was streaks of red in her hair mainly near the edges. Looking down at her body he could see she still had her B sized bust and ample bottom.

The clothes she was wairing was some black cloth pants and a white cloth shirt while some black leather shoes covered her feet. On her waist was some small leather pouches while she carryed a satchel bag that was covering her bottom. Not seeing a weapon on her he did think it was odd but then again there was magic so she might not nead one.

"Over here!" He shouted to Elizabeth while waveing his hand in the air.

Seeing her look at him before almost running over, he waited for her.

Watching as she looked at him, it seemed like she had a few questions but she never asked them.

"So how should I refer to you now?" He asked since he didnt want to call her, her name in game.

"I went with Liz since that's what you always call me." She replyed shyly after sitting on the fountain next to him.

"How should i call you?" Liz asked shyly.

"I went with Silver." He said scratching the back of his head.

Looking at him, Liz stayed quite before looking at the crowd around them.

"So now what do you want to do?" Liz asked him.

"Well we need to wait for My sister and her friends and then i wanted to introduce you all to some of my companions." He replyed while looking at her.

Feeling panic comeing from her he bitterly smiled and shook his head.

"Its okay Liz. My sister wants to apolagize for what she said since she didnt know the whole story to begin with." Seeing her look at him with pleading eyes as he spoke, it was clear she still didnt like confrontation like in the past.

"It's okay, I'll be here the whole time so there isnt a need to worry." Hearing him some of the panic he was feeling faded but it was still there.

"Ohh... I also have something for you." He said while reaching into his satchel bag and grabbing a Echo Bat fang.

Looking at the material in his hand Liz had a puzzled look on her face since she had no idea what Silver was handing her.

"It's a fang from a Echo Bat. They are incredibly strong and I heard they are good to make jewelry with." He said looking at Liz only to see her blush as she took the item before putting it in her own bag.

Waiting there with her for another ten minutes he could see a group of 4 walking twords Liz and himself that resembled Kana, Brooke, Emilia, and Trish.

Kana looked about the same but she had long hair instead of her normally short hair. He could see a sword on her waist and a larg shield on her back.

Brooke also didnt look all to different other than her hair haveing blond highlights now. Looking at her waist he could see she had a Katana.

Emilia also had longer hair like Kana but unlike Kana her eyes also changed from Amber to a gold color. Not seeing a weapon he wasnt sure what she used for combat.

Trish on the other hand also didnt look all to diferent other than haveing her hair flowing down and not being in a ponytail like she normaly liked to keep it. Looking at her back he could see a bow and quiver with arrows in it.
