A World of Reincarnators

Mizuki was an otherworldly beauty in her first world. Born as an albino, having the best grades in class while taking interest in technological advancement and music in her free time. Her parents who had died a year after her birth left her a large inheritance. Her aunt has tried to kill her for her money ever since it was decided that all the inheritance would go to her. 'Human greed is a vile thing.' Mizuki was not stupid by any means. The moment she realized her life was being targeted she left to live alone. The inheritance would let her live nicely until the age of 40 at the least but she was not content with that and started to do work in the stock market. Mizuki was now living in a moderately sized apartment near her school. She had multiple bodyguards that were receiving quite the large salary so she was not afraid of losing her life before even getting married.... But.. "Human greed really is a vile thing. Is it not?" Now in another world where power decides everything human greed is not the biggest problem she will face. But bare in mind reader. Reincarnation is not that uncommon. (art ain't mine)

Gambling

On a southern beach in the western continent. If you were there you would see a 'loli' sheepkin with red hair and a skimpy outfit challenging someone to a duel.

The recipient would be a short girl with long silver hair, wearing black shoes, black stockings, a black cloth face mask and a grey tank top over her black sports bra.

But the thing about the silver haired beauty is. No pants, she had ripped her skirt because it could have gotten in the way of the fight.

All that was covering her lower half would be black stockings and her purple and black striped panties.

The girls name is Mizuki and you should thank the gods you are not there to see it in person or esle you would hear a knock at your door in the near future.

Besides the illegality of the situation, the beach they are on. Is on fire.

'If I didn't have to worry about keeping my reputation among the crew, I would rip all these useless clothes off, exept the mask to keep my identity.'

The fire pillar dissipated before Mizuki could make any rash decisions that could infact ruin the lives of multiple men.

"Oh so you surviv-"

The 'loli' on the other side of the pillar blushed slightly.

"Umm.. can you put some clothes on?"

"No."

"Uhh.... but."

Before the 'loli' named Tana could say anything more, multiple lightning bolts were thrown at her as Mizuki kicked up the sand in the area with wind and used her speed and shadow elementa to disappear.

Blocking two bolts with his hands that were burning with a red hue, he dodged the rest. Tana took over the launched spell and readied to fire the moment he could see his opponent.

'Wind and lightning elements huh. This could prove to be a little problematic.'

Before Tana could react, Mizuki appeared behind a stone spike to his right and launched multiple long and thin ice needles towards him.

'Ice too? This is getting bad.'

Creating flame spears to intercept the ice needles along with throwing a lightning bolt, many small explosions of steam and water were created mid air.

Yet one needle that was hidden behind two others managed to pass through and stab through Tana's heel.

'Aw shit!'

With his movement halted, Mizuki took the opportunity and started running at him from near a different stone spike on Tana's left that she had teleported to.

Making spikes of sand with the earth element from around Tana and using the water from the previous explosions to form needles, Mizuki's opponent was attacked from all sides.

A dust cloud was created around Tana as Mizuki threw one last ice spear and fled behind another stone spike.

The thrown ice spear went straight through the dust cloud without touching anything.

A wave of hot wind emanated from the middle of the cloud as it was dispersed.

"A lot of different elements, good control and excellent planning and situation adaptation. You really are an interesting one. But sadly.."

[HP: 792,340/850,550]

A figure with a flaming aura stood up casually from a defensive position, with his fingers and legs glowing a mixture of orange and red.

"Going to have to try harder than that love."

Opening his hand, the sand spikes that were launched at him, he had turned then to clumps of glass that now fell on the sand.

"Well since I am going to end this soon, I recommend trying with everything you got. Or else.."

A huge portal made of dark red fire appeared next to Mizuki's ship with the wave of Tana's hand.

"..not only you but your crew might also end up dead."

A dark red ship with black sails and a red luster exited the portal and sailed next to Soulless Pearl.

'Annoying..'

Mizuki glanced at the ship before making eye contact with Tana.

'All out I guess.'

Using [Words of the World] and [Siren Voice], Mizuki spoke.

"<Slow Reaction> <Defence Down> <Freeze> <Blind>"

Stopping at that for now as it takes quite a bit of mana that she will sooner or later run out of, Mizuki throws a [Dome of Hell] at Tana before ducking behind a stone spike, casting a sound barrier and starting the use of [Dark Ice Seal].

'This is a gamble.'

With multiple debuffs and a dome of fire raging around Tana, she would have to use quite a bit of mana to defend and later find her.

Walking out of the dome of fire mostly unscathed, Tana tried to find Mizuki using his hearing but could not.

'Debuffs too ay?'

With the use of [Siren Voice] at a correct frequency, temporary dizziness and ringing in the ears could be achieved.

With a few seconds to spare until the completion of her spell, Tana could be heard talking.

"... don't tell me you are trying to escape.."

Seconds later, hundreds of dark red fireballs were launched in all directions and multiple stone spikes fell.

But not before Mizuki finished her spell.

Chains of black ice swirled around Tana and lifted her in the air.

"Oh. Now what is.... th-..."

Before he could ask, his soul left his body.

Letting out a sigh of relief, Mizuki came out from behind the pillar and took a seat to recharge her mana.

Looking towards the battle happening on the ocean with cannonballs being launched back and forth.

Mizuki knew that in a battle of attrition her ship would win thanks to the constant repairs that it was getting.

Yet she did not notice two things.

One. There were more than just Salon, Natyr, Eric and Tomi on deck.

Two. Someone took a glance at her and dissipated.

A sound of cracking glass could be heard.

Whipping her head in the direction of her seal, Mizuki realized that the soul was gone and that the temperature was rising fast.

Before Tana could break out of her seal Mizuki threw her brain into overdrive.

With the miniscule amount of mana she had left, all she could do was wait for more mana as she racked her brain for a method to kill this man.

With a simple yet effective idea coming to mind, Mizuki acted on it and hoped for the best.

Grabbing her gun prototype and loading it with as much mana as it could hold, she grabbed a piece of the broken stone spike and smashed it to drain even a little of its mana.

As a last ditch effort just in case, Mizuki also used another skill in her repertoire.

The seal broke.

Landing on the sand with a thud and kicking up a little of the remaining charred sand and glass pieces, Tana stood up.

"Ay. Well that was a first."

Taking a look at Mizukis battered and mana deprived state, Tana closed in.

"Looks like your out. That seal almost worked but sadly one of my elements is Soul." Tana said with a smile.

Taking a prototype gun out of her backpocket, Mizuki fired twice. Missing once.

"Oh so you can invent too. Sadly your inventing skills are beaten by your battle capability love."

The second shot had been deflected by Tana's finger.

What seemed to be a last ditch effort, Mizuki used very last bit of mana to launch herself forward and stab a makeshift sword she made using [Create] and the materials of the mana filled stone.

Throwing her gun as a distraction, it burned to ash in the air.

Catching the sword with his hand, Tana smiled as the sword slowly started to melt.

"A sword made that fast? How suprising. And yet, sadly it's just stone, not even an ounce of mana."

Tana looked Mizuki in the eyes. 'What beautiful eyes she holds.' is what he most likely thought.

Yet before he could say anything more, Mizuki did something truly unexpected.

Mizuki used her free hand to remove her cloth face mask, pushed his chest and pressed her lips against his and invaded his mouth using her tongue.

With Tana suddenly receiving a kiss, especially a kiss like THAT. Needless to say he was absolutely bewildered. He blushed ear to ear and his brain turned off. The perfect chance.

With Mizuki removing her free hand from his chest, now that his defences were down, she took her actual gun prototype out of her inventory straight into her free hand and aimed straight up.

Pulling the trigger, Tana lost most of his face along with his frontal lobe as Mizuki lost her tongue and a portion of her face near her mouth.

With Tana falling on the hot sand, moments away from death, Mizuki took a shard of stone from nearby and stabbed him in his heart over and over.

With Tana confirmed dead, Mizuki stood up, then fell on her knees.

'Next time I should really not fight someone higher tier than me. Those underhanded tactics can't work against everyone.'

Laying down on the ground next to her opponent, Mizuki turned his way.

'Too bad. He didn't have a bad face. If only he didn't try to kill me, eh?'

Readjusting her mask back to it's original position, she closed her eyes.

The trauma she got from that beach flashed in her mind. It has always lingered at at the back of her thoughts. Recently the trauma has made itself known by suddenly appearing in her head with irregular timing. Those are the times where Mizuki wishes to have a skill for manipulating memories.

Tana's skin had now lost most of it's hue at this point due to blood loss. With his death, his ship lost it's luster.

The blessed ship of the Sheep of Theft and the blessed captain himself have left this world.

Hopefully. To find a better one.
