And a small announcement , there will be no rematch after this so this game is a two people enter and only one comes back with victory and the other comes back with failure and game on".

The two final contestants stepped into the water and started paddling. "And the first flip by ritha , she looks to be tougher than before , she drags her board in front of Jill's and makes another point , wow Jill looks hopeless but wait for it an enormous and impressive performance by Jill and he makes it , he catches up with ritha" , the mc said .

" You know what ritha , I was told that you're the toughest , but instead you seem no match to me" , " easy to say Jill , then beat this", she got lower on her surfing board and sped up , approaching the end of the wave .

" Ritha you heard the mc there's only one winner , and how about I make this even easier for you" , " what do you mean" , " game over ritha no more moves for you , the wave is almost ending and there should be only one champion"

Jill held ritha's hand she struggled to get rid of him but he was too strong he pulled himself frontwards and did his final move , ritha tried to stay on balance but she failed and fell into the water .

Everyone was shocked they stayed quiet for a while because they couldn't believe what they saw.

" No , unfortunately there's one champion , and it has to be Jill , this puts the blue yachts a head , the barracudas had sweet moves but still second place is not bad" .

Ritha ran back to the locker room , her mom and dad followed her though it wasn't allowed , " ritha , ritha wait up" , " that's not fair" , " ritha my girl , calm down and tell me all that happened , her dad said as he sadly pulled the chair besides him . " Dad please understand me I didn't lose, Jill cheated"

The other blue yachts ran towards Jill, they lifted him up their cheerleaders started singing as they put him down again, " nice one Jill, you definitely had this under control" , " it was simple coach I just played him a trick , and did her move she definitely couldn't handle her balance and fell down" , " did you" , " of course coach , I had to , come on we won" , " no Jill it's not right"

" What do you mean coach , isn't it what you taught us" , " no all I teach you is to watch people's moves to win , not pulling them , that's against the rules , you cheated".

" No coach I won , and I deserved it" , " coach , you've got to listen to him this is our victory" , Bethany and Fred came saying , " just stay away from me I've got to think this straight" .

The barracudas gathered around ritha , " come on ritha , this isn't the end of all at least you didn't drown" , bill said , ritha stood up and hugged him , " he just cheated" she cried .

" Wait , you said he cheated right , he pulled you and it's against the rules" , " yes , but we can't do anything , the judges said there is no rematch bill" , " no trust me ritha , we can do this" , "I can't believe graham turned to be such a cheater he is in charge of this" miley said , she stayed with the others stayed there worried about what happened .

" hey , uh , Davis right" , " yeah , that's me" , " I think I have a suggestion there was a rule violation earlier , the contestant from the blue yachts" , " you mean Jill right", " yes , he pulled ritha and she didn't make it" , "and how are you sure of it" , " just let me in and I'll prove it" he said .

" Actually zoom closer and you'll see" , " oh I see now it's easier to see here but I can't help you" , " but why, you see this" , " it has been stated clearly before , there is no rematch , may be you can go to the judges" , " uh , good for nothing" , bill said and went out angrily , he went to the judges .

"Judges I'm sorry to interrupt but I surely got to tell you something" , " no kid sorry we're doing some serious work right now" Patrick said , " oh come on it's even of no use you're being unfair" he shouted .

They all looked at him furiously as he spoke, " look kid I normally don't like saying this but you are really messing with me right now, so hang on we'll talk later after getting this done" , " look all I want to say is that they cheated" , " who do you mean" , " Jill of course why don't you get that" , " but Jill didn't surf against you , stop wasting my time" , " good point , it was ritha , but she's my team mate Patrick" , " and where is she now" Patricia said , " okay promise me you'll listen to me when I bring her" , " go on but make it quick" he said as bill rushed back to get ritha and the others .

" They're here will you now listen" , " wow , that's fast ,never mind let's get back to business , so you were saying that Jill cheated , is it true ritha" , " yes it is actually you've got to come and see the replay" bill interrupted , the twin judges looked at each other as they moved to the control room" .

"I see know so that's why ritha fell into the water" , " yes that's what I'm talking about , thank GOD you finally understood it" bill sighed , " okay so this is against the rules" , " yes Patrick but remember what we agreed about there's no rematch" , " that's right , so bill I think we have to talk about it as the team of judges we'll notify you" . Patrick said as they moved out of the control room .

Bill approached Davis to talk to him for a while , " so Davis I think I have been so hard a while ago , but I just want to say sorry" , "I understand , you were terrified by what happened to you team mate" , " actually she's more than a team mate she's my girlfriend that's why" , " okay I get it , so good luck I guess the judges will come up with a good decision" , "yes thanks again" , he said as he followed the others out .

After a while of decision making the judges called both teams , it seemed the decision was made for both teams.

" So according to the video play back ,we the judges have come up with a decision that Jill from the blue yachts cheated , and it is against the rules , so he should be punished , according to the leagues rules he should be disqualified" .

" What!!! , hey that's not fair" Jill shouted , " I think you won't mind to look at the screen the video is being projected to the whole audience" , " no , no , this is... it can't be" he said and moved a side , the whole audience booed him and so did the other teams .

"No this isn't right" , " ritha what are you about to do , you've already won" , " no bill , I really appreciate what you did , but I've got to make things right".

"Everyone listen up" she shouted , " it think I have to say something , I guess I would have won , but this isn't justice , so I suggest that we have a rematch , if the judges allow us" , " what a looser even when she wins" , "Bethany at least because of her we are not disqualified" , graham said to bethany ."What!!!" bill whispered to himself, her dad also looked at her and nodded his head " no ritha , no" , he said , " let her do as she want Gerald" , her mom said to him , she wanted her daughter to do what she wanted , " let it be as you wish ritha" Darius said .

" And as the judges said , we are slightly deviating from the rules there's going to be a rematch , ritha versus Jill again" Davis said.

They all went back to the to the sea , all the audience were surprised by what happened , she had made a dangerous decision and could even loose , but ritha cared less about it .
