Ruoxi's Boundless Happiness II

After the conference was declared finished, Alucard and Lin Ruoxi left for the latter's office amid dozens of flashing cameras.

The CEO said she needed to fetch some things before they left for their date.

"What do you think Vlad, it's very promising?" The two got into the elevator and Ruoxi inquired about their new project.

"It is, how long have you been planning to create an entertainment branch?"

"Very long, but I didn't have the needed resources and international presence to go on with it, as a matter of fact, I still need to set up the appropriate physical department. But Yu Lei is already working on it." She said enthusiastically.

"I understand, you want the momentum. Set up the physical branch and infrastructure and leave the production management to me, I believe I have a perfect idea of what we could do for our first program."

"Do you want it to be a TV show? I thought we'd try to make a movie first." She suggested as they got into the office.

"We could do both, the premise of a TV show although I don't know how it works myself, will give us the possibility to increase our reputation in the entertainment industry with each new instance. If we make a movie it might not necessarily be engaging out of the blue, even if we use my secret advertisement technique. Also, doing this will give us time to seek for entertainment talents while the company isn't stagnant." He added seriously and felt his hand be entangled by Ruoxi's.

The latter had shining eyes as she looked at him, "You're so dependable Vlad, how do you know so much?"

"Well, I have been around~" Was he an entertainment expert? No. But after living so long, most things became logical.

As Lin Ruoxi fetched her things so that they could go on their date Mo Qianni knocked on the door and entered the office.

"Ruoxi, Xu Zhihong came for a visit, and he's not accepting a no..." the Vice President said with an aggrieved voice.

Lin Ruoxi's expression turned cold the moment that name was mentioned and she gave Vlad a side glance.

'Of all times...' she sighed inwardly in exasperation.

"Let him in."

Mo Qianni nodded her head and went to fetch the man.

"Who is he?" Alucard asked, preparing to take a seat and take his wine when he recalled the incident that happened not too far during the morning while he sat in the same place. His eyes furrowed in contemplation.

"He's a Chinese millionaire that has had his eyes on me for a long time. Not only that, but he's the one my father wanted me to marry; I have rejected him and avoided him many times, but he's insistent- are you okay, Vlad?" Ruoxi took her own seat; she began explaining in a way that Alucard would know she was not interested at all. But then she saw him there standing in front of the sofa, looking nowhere in particular before moving to the side and leaning on a wall.

"I'm alright, I'll just stand here. Guess I just got myself a rival?~" Alucard shook his head several times before sighing, another shall bite the dust.

Lin Ruoxi blushed at his insinuation, if there is a 'rival' that means he is interested; the door was knocked and her countenance dropped.

From there entered Qianni and a good-looking Asian man with a red suit; he had a beautiful bouquet of roses and other pretty flowers together with a package of expensive chocolates.

The first thing the man did was shoot Alucard a glance.

"CEO Lin, it's a pleasure to meet you again. I brought you this bouquet and chocolates to congratulate your recent success, I hope you like them~" the man presented his gift with a smile, making Alucard chuckle to the side.

Lin Ruoxi grit her teeth but at the same time, an idea flashed through her mind.

She walked to the front of the man and accepted the flowers and chocolates with a smile before walking back and putting them on her desk.

Xu Zhihong smiled as it was the first time she accepted one of his gifts with humble curled lips; that couldn't even be called a smile.

"Thank you for your presents Mr Xu, but I'm a little in a rush at the moment as I have a date with my fiancé here, could you tell me the purpose of your visit?" Her smile turned wicked and cold as she asked with venom.

Her words created painful grunts and chuckle to resonate in the office; which came from whom was more than obvious!

"F-Fiancé? CEO Lin you know I-" The man almost stuttered, were all his efforts really for nothing!?

"Mr Xu, whatever your feelings might be it is not my concern, please, state your purposes." Lin Ruoxi said nonchalantly while Qianni hurriedly excused herself from the drama trying to resist her laughter.

"That- I, I only came to congratulate you, CEO Lin, I'll take my leave for now." The man shot Alucard a murderous glance and walked to the door.

"Wait a moment Mr Xu, I'd like to have a word with you outside." Alucard walked towards the door with a smile.

"Vlad don't-" Lin Ruoxi almost shouted, not wanting him to dirty his hands with someone like Xu Zhihong, especially when she didn't feel anything for the man.

However, Alucard lifted his hand, indicating for her to stay in place.

Xu Zhihong nodded and the two left the room together. Upon leaving Xu Zhihong was the first one to speak.

"Chairman Tepes, I'd hope you would back off from your compromise with CEO Lin, I'm willing to offer you millions for that!" He was planning to take Yu Lei from Lin Ruoxi once they married, which was a few million compared to Yu Lei's billions of worth!

Alucard shackled and didn't waste time, he held the man's shoulder and his eyes turned red.

"Listen, you will totally forget whatever plan or feeling you have for Lin Ruoxi and never come back here again. Also, present yourself in my office tomorrow afternoon, are we clear?" He commanded.

Xu Zhihong's eyes flashed in red for a while before returning to normal as he nodded and left.

Alucard walked back into the office and Lin Ruoxi's eyes inquired about his plans with apprehension.

"You don't need to worry Ruoxi, he won't bother you anymore. I didn't do anything special, just some standard blackmailing." His words surprised her, what could he possibly know of Xu Zhihong to make him stop pursuing her!?

"What do you know about him?" Now she was curious, what dirt could he possibly have from that man for him to back off like this?

"Now, if I tell you it won't be a secret, right?~" He said and walked to the office, glancing at the flowers and chocolates.

"I-I will throw them away." She stated in a hurry, thinking he might be uncomfortable but Alucard was faster and picked up the box of chocolates.

"Why would you? They're expensive you know." He walked around her desk slowly, their eyes locked all the time.

"So, Fiancé huh? Quite bold of you to say that in front of me." After a while, he was right in front of her with their bodies almost touching.

Her big chest beneath her tight white dress heaved up and down as she felt an ominous but also seductive atmosphere around the two of them.

"You don't like it?" She asked as flirtatious as she could, not having a lot of experience in the seduction department, her body and mind-blowing beauty did all the work for her, however.

If he wanted to play, she wouldn't shy away!

"I don't mind, you can use me to scare away all the suitors you want but, aren't you afraid I'll take it seriously?"

"Maybe I want you to take it seriously..." she hunched down slightly, showing him her prominent cleavage.

Alucard chuckled, 'She might be inexperience, but knows how to use her guns...'
