Hermes' Brewings Rocks the Industry II

The shining sun brought with it a new day but this new day didn't reach the commodity of the Queen's chambers.

The luxurious gold bedroom now lay covered in shadows as Alucard carried on with his experiment while his Draculine slept.

"Hmn~" The Sleeping Princess stirred awake slowly in his embrace, her skin now showcasing

more vivid tonality, saying he sucked her sry yesterday was an understatement.

Sensing this, Alucard stopped what he was doing as his shadows retreated back into his body, letting the radiant sun slowly shine upon the room and their bodies.

The Queen's red-slitted eyes slowly showed themselves with haze as she basked in his warmth.

"Good Morning, Draculine." Greeted Alucard lightly and stroked her silky blonde hair.

The mature Queen didn't say anything, rather she hugged him tightly with her lips approaching his, sealing them in a searing but tame kiss.

'I'm glad that you're okay Alucard, you really scared me yesterday!' She sent him mentally, disinclined to abandon his lips, rather she proactively pierced them with her fangs to draw out the exquisite ambrosia she craved with dementia.

Alucard let her do as she wanted and only returned her passion, 'I apologise... it was just an experiment.' He said and proceeded to tell her everything that he did yesterday.

'Well, it might really have been successful dear~ Your name and 'Hermes' Bird Brewings' was all over the news yesterday. I'll help you with the BBC later. But enough of that, kiss me more~' The Queen separated her bloody mouth from his only to take a deep breath before returning, this time, tongue first!

"Hmn~" She moaned as Alucard smirked and started to dominate the kiss, she really loved this.

Softly turning around she sat on his crotch before separating, softly pinning both of his arms to the bed and giving him an alluring gaze, "Count Dracula, got~"

Alucard only smirked at her behaviour before moving his hands down free and grasping her bubbly butt, standing up with her as she clung to him, "Let's take a shower."

The flustered Queen nodded before sealing his lips once again, all the way to the bathroom.

The couple finished their not-so-quick shower and left the room, Catherine 'ordered' her maids to bring two breakfasts and insisted he stayed to have breakfast with her.

The Vampire Count accepted her invitation and the two had breakfast in her room, it was her favourite breakfast dish, an Egg Benedict.

"You said you wanted to tell me something important, Catherine." Alucard cleaned his mouth, he wouldn't deny having something aside from Blood, wine and poison every so often wasn't a bad idea.

Upon hearing that, Catherine perked and almost gulped down a whole mouthful of her breakfast.

"Y-Yes, it's about my daughter and Yang Chen... They will be coming the next month to visit me." She told him with a very faint voice, not sure if she wanted to tell him this, but incapable of hiding anything from him either.

Upon hearing that accursed name, Alucard's fork stopped as his brows furrowed...

"They said they're busy with some things... I swear when they come I'll only introduce the notion of engagement between them and break off my deal with him, that's all!" Afraid that he would misunderstand something, she hurriedly explained her intentions.

She wanted to finish this, the small amount of guilt in her heart whenever she was with Alucard, and the way to do it was by confronting both Yang Chen and Jane.

However...

"That's not all, right?" He said, his voice cold.

Catherine nodded slightly, knowing he wouldn't like it, she stuttered with an almost silent voice "W-When they visit me a month or so from now... Please don't come."

Alucard grit his teeth and his eyes morphed, as red as they could get!

"It's not what you think! Alucard, I don't want him to die! that's the only reason, please!" She stood up from her seat and ran over to him with a frantic expression, just these eyes alone told her everything she needed to know.

Of course, he wouldn't agree!

But what else could she do? The moment those two met... It was going to be a massacre!

Yang Chen wouldn't just stand by and let 'his' woman be taken away!

As for Alucard, just the memories that he had from Catherine of 'those' moments were enough to put Yang Chen at the top of his extermination list!

She was his! Her past, her present and her eternal future were his! Pluto was but a stain that needed to be erased once and for all!

She didn't know who would win the battle, but regardless of the outcome, it wouldn't be something that she would like...

No matter if she didn't love Yang Chen, he was still the person that saved her and her daughter at those despairing times, her gratitude didn't allow her to let him get slaughtered like that if she could stop it.

"Love, please understand me. I'll just finish it, alright? and we won't ever touch this subject again, I'll go with you to China and forget that chapter, is that okay?" She begged, knowing that she was asking him something very hurtful given his nature, but she didn't get a response as the count just disappeared from where he sat, leaving her there.

She slumped down and bit her lips, hugging her knees and cursed inwardly.

He was really angry.

The Count 'walked' back to China, ignoring Catherine's messages with his eyes still blood red.

Intending to put the matter at the back of his head.

If there was something he hated with all his heart, be it this life or the other... It was being denied to kill someone he wanted death.

And he wanted Pluto dead! his rotten corpse being slowly devoured by Baskerville as the little piece shit became one of his strongest familiars.

He walked back to China, unaware of the surprise that awaited him...

Appearing on an alleyway, he took out his Lamborghini Reventon, intending to arrive at his office normally. He expected to have visitors, but when his senses swept over the company headquarters on the outskirts of Zhonghai.

He couldn't help but sigh in amazement.

It really worked as he expected it to... and way more.

*BROOMM!!*

His Lambo roared as he made his way to the company building, but wasn't even able to enter a hundred metres away from the parking lot...

The company was completely sited...

Hundreds, no, thousands of people! Filled the perimeters! Helicopters! Reporters! Police! It was madness!

Upon seeing the dark grey Lamborghini, swarms of people rushed at it like madmen!

"It's Vlad Tepes! He's here!" Someone shouted and whoever hadn't noticed it... Now did.

"Mr Vlad you're the best!" A young man that seemed like a college student shouted and crowds of youngsters followed! Their institutes told them that education costs would reduce within the next two trimesters if they supported this company!

"Please Mr Tepes could you give us an exclusive interview? It will be only a minute!" A beautiful and famous national broadcast reporter almost crushed his windscreen!

"No, me! Please give us an exclusive Mr Tepes! We come from Shanghai!" Another beautiful woman with a wine-red dress winked at him as he left the car!

Alucard frowned and was forced to leave the car there, these people weren't letting him move at all.

"He's coming out, he's coming out!" A girl shouted in ecstasy.

"God he's so handsome! Mr Tepes look this way please!" Another girl, this one with a big camera hurriedly took a picture of him, and with her dozens of camera, flashes highlighted Alucard!

'How troublesome...' He thought, not used to this kind of attention, he hadn't promoted himself in the slightest, yet all this happened just because he was the Chairman.

"All of you, stop." He said lightly and as if 'charmed' the first few rows of people stopped what they were doing!

"I want reporters to form rows and wait to the left, governmental groups and private organisations to the right, spectators behind!" He shouted very loud, loud enough for the thousands of people to hear and as in an orchestra, they started to organise themselves according to his directives!

From inside the building, Hermes' employees looked at everything with a gape together with the few people flying nearby in a helicopter!

"W-What!?"

Alucard walked past all of them, "Hermes' Bird Brewings will organise a press conference here at the parking lot where all of you can attend. Until the stand is ready, I hope you will all patiently wait here in silence. Am I understood?" His red eyes flashed and hundreds of bodies shook before nodding with a bow!

The Chinese citizen watching from the TV channels couldn't help but think, 'Is he a King or something!?'

Meanwhile, The Vampire King turned heels and got entered his company building, only to be received by an equally mad CEO!

"BOSS! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN!!?" The middle-aged man, Ma Guanhui who at this stage wore a haggard formal outfit joint with hazardous hair and expression, rushed and directly grasped his shoulders!

"How come you don't have a fucking phone! For Fucks' fucking sake!" The man was at the point of fainting. The last few hours were no doubt the hardest but also the happiest ones in his life!

Alucard furrowed his brows at his attitude before releasing himself from the frantic man's grasp and taking out his white glove.

*SLAP!* The employees could only gape and see their CEO get slapped into consciousness.

"Get your shit together and know your place. Who do you think you're talking to?" He put his glove back with a sigh and passed by the dumbfounded CEO.

Alucard looked at the still stunned head secretary to the side of the hall, "Mrs Li, prepare the stand and have some workers install it in the parking lot, we will be giving a conference once that's finished. Don't bother about the new company logo. I myself will be the logo this time around." He smirked with confidence before walking back into his office, "Guanhui, do something good for God's sake and tell me a report of our status."

The CEO woke up from his stupor and followed the Chairman back to his office.

"Boss, it is crazy, everything exploded. It has only been a day, but shares went up 500% and increasing, a major recalculation is awaited tomorrow. We have gotten calls from all kinds of organisations and enterprises, even from abroad! They want to form a partnership and production contract with us! There are just too many things!" The man took out his laptop and showed statistics.

"There are so many possible causes, that we can't really ascertain the real reason for this explosion of fame. All I can say is that we're in the mouths of everyone in China! And likely abroad too!" It was simply senseless, what exactly happened for their fame to sky ricochet like this? He wasn't stupid, it must have something to do with this new Chairman of theirs.

Alucard nodded, surprised at the scope this experiment reached... He had only expected a seventy per cent increase in the price of shares.

But this was utter madness, the internet was something fantastic.

'D-Dear, I have just received a call from Edward... The employees you requested are on their way to China, also I'm about to call him regarding the BBC so that they can also report about your company too...' Catherine suddenly sent back a mind message, her voice filled with apprehension.

Alucard frowned and crossed his legs, 'Okay.' was all he said before moving his hand underneath the table and taking a cup full of wine that surprised Ma Guanhui!

"Huh?" He instinctively looked down just to confirm... The desk was void underneath! Where exactly did he get that from?!

'... are you still angry with me, love?'

'...' Alucard didn't answer, just like before, and sipped his wine quietly.

'Alucard, please don't be angry... it's just one selfish wish of mine...'

'We will see Catherine. I'm busy now.' He answered back, not intending to keep the chat.

On the other side, Catherine was now laying on the bed, still hugging her knees as small teardrops fell from her eyes. The past few days had been the happiest of her life, the last thing she wanted was to fight with him... But she knew she was and wasn't in the wrong in this matter.

Her heart was slightly leaning more and more towards Alucard.

'Maybe, maybe it's good as long as he doesn't kill him? Beating him a little perhaps... No! That's just as bad!' Be gone the thought as she dialled Edward once again, this time about having Alucard's company advertised on the BBC.

As a personal request of the Queen herself, of course, they wouldn't deny it. Adding yet another broadcaster to Alucard's seemingly never-ending advertisers.
