Alucard chuckled and approached her ear, "Then why don't you find someone else to be your fake husband?" He whispered in her ears tantalizingly, a clear invitation for the CEO.

"B-Because you're the best candidate... Yes, that's the reason. You're successful, Vlad and people will see the two of us with good eyes if we get together..." She hurriedly separated from him with a blush and sat down on a nearby sofa!
Alucard smirked at her clear evasion and sat beside her, maintaining a certain distance as his attitude changed.
"Was that the only reason you came today for, Ruoxi?"
"No, I wanted to talk about the partnership with Yu Lei... I'm sure she offered you a partnership deal, and might even have told you not to partner with my Yu Lei International, am I right?" It was better to leave the complicated matters for later, her comfort zone revolved around business, not feelings.

"Yes, I'll go with you right away but, there is something I need to do first, could you wait in the car?" He wanted to contact Catherine, she hadn't 'eaten' and he was starting to get worried due to her stubbornness.

Alucard shook his head slightly and threw her the keys as the CEO technically blurred in her way to the parking lot.
"Is it Catherine, Master?" Alcina closed her game and asked him with crossed legs, upon mentioning that name a little phantom taste passed by her tongue, making her want to puke...
"Yes, she hasn't eaten in a few days, tomorrow morning she might go on a rampage, it wouldn't happen if she hadn't consumed so much of my blood on a daily basis, but now my blood is like a drug in her system"
