The person in question whose identity Lin Ruoxi desired to uncover; the internationally famous Queen of Wales, stood in her chambers, watching herself in a mirror.

Her physical appearance was as haggard as her heart at this moment. Bags covered her purple shining eyes, clear indications of tears and lack of sleep. Her beloved hadn't sent her any message in almost four days... Let alone coming to visit her!

Alucard drove a silent and pouting Ruoxi back to Hermes, the latter was still pissed off after being called a 'little girl', she sat on her seat in silence the whole time, only stopping to make a call and have someone pick up her Bentley that was left in Maple's parking lot.

Then talking with her Vice President regarding the meetings and telling her that she wouldn't be back until tomorrow, much to the Vice President's exhilaration.

Parking his Lambo, the two left the car as he led Lin Ruoxi by her hand into his office.

Upon seeing Alcina, a swift spark of golden and pink lighting flashed between the two as they introduced each other 'normally' with Alucard sitting on his chair to make a few calls.

"Where are you Guanhui? Mrs Yuan said you're not in your office, I hope you're not slacking…"

"I see, it's that meeting. What was the result?"

"The offer is not good enough, go over to Longxu Branding instead, surely they can pay a few extra yuans, no?"

"Maple? It went well. Her production, advertisement and machinery teams are coming to Hermes, I need you here to attend them together with Department Head Yuan Su. As for Alcina, she was furiously clicking something using the mouse of her computer, she seemed very focused on her job, something Lin Ruoxi couldn't help but admire.

The CEO thought that Alucard's sister was a very competent secretary, ever since they entered she had been intently working on her desk.

The Vampire King could only sigh, holding his desire to laugh as with his senses, he saw his draculine playing a game where she had to put many candies together to break them into combinations, effectively fooling the innocent CEO into believing she was a workaholic.

At least now he had a way to distract her if needed.
