"What do you mean? Do you expect me not to be here after what happened today?" Chloe asked in anger, and Valerio furrowed his brows at her.

"What are you talking about?" He inquired.

"You confessed to your caregiver, no?" She asked, and Valerio nodded at her.

"Yes, I did." He replied. "Do you have a problem with that?" He raised his brow at her.

"I can't believe you, Valerio!" She howled at him, her eyes looking like they would tear up any time soon.

"What can't you believe?" Valerio continued to ask, and Chloe tightly balled her hands.

"Valero, you can't be serious right now. So... you really threw away the love I had for you like that? You didn't even consider my feelings." Her eyes began to tear up.

"I met you first. I loved you first. I was ready and willing to do anything for you, but you chose her in the end." She chuckled pessimistically and used the back of her hand to wipe off tears from her eyes.
