Jealous

At dawn, the sun's rays invaded the room and illuminated the face of the beautiful woman who slept there. Her eyelids fluttered slightly and soon after she opened her eyes.

Drowsily, she looked to the side and her small hand ran over the sheets as if looking for something, but only the void seemed to surround her, frightened she quickly got up and started looking around the room, without finding what she was looking for, she opened the door. Forcefully and ran through the halls of the house.

But her search did not take long, since just downstairs there was a certain aroma that stimulated someone's appetite, following that smell with hurried steps she reached the kitchen and what received her was the sight of a beautiful boy dressed under an apron happily humming while preparing some scrambled eggs.

As if sensing the woman's presence, he looked in her direction.

"Oh, you woke up earlier than I expected, I'm just preparing breakfast, you ruined the surprise."

He looked a little sulky.

She ran towards him and, without the slightest care, threw herself into his arms.

Even stunned by her actions, he quickly held her in his embrace.

"Hey, that was dangerous."

Regardless of his words, she held the apron, almost tearing it up, and tears flowed down her cheek.

Noticing the state of beauty in his arms, he gently wiped away his tears and kissed her forehead.

"Don't forget that I promised to stay by your side, I will go nowhere."

That sweet voice quickly soothed her agitated heart. She looked him in the eye as a charming smile formed on her face.

Smiling gently, he took her small hand and led her towards a chair.

"Wait a minute here, I'll finish our food."

She sat down and watched him. He skillfully prepared several dishes and one by one set them on the table, carefully he served a portion, and handed it to her.

"Eat, I hope you like it."

She took the cutlery, prepared a forkful, and then put it in her mouth.

The rich taste of the food invaded through his taste buds, and his mind some memories arose, just like today, there was a beautiful woman serving her, it was the image of his mother, all those feelings until then forgotten surfaced, and warmth filled her chest, to hold back the tears she lowered her head, the stubborn tears however did not seem to want to hear her and escaped the edges of her eyes.

Embarrassed, she took his hand.

With smiles on their faces, the two ate their breakfast.

After the sumptuous breakfast, Alexa went to college and Shin to her mother's house.
