Felicitous Memories XII

Dom walked down the stairs as his phone rang and he removed it from his pocket as he answered the call.

"What's up" said Dom as he put his phone to his ear and he walked to the kitchen.

"Hey Dom" said Michael as he smiled.

"How's married life?" came Charlie's voice from the background as Dom laughed.

"Better than whatever you three are doing" said Dom as he laughed and he poured himself some juice in a glass.

"Ouch Dom, ouch" said Michael.

"Unlike you, we are still bachelors who don't have any commitments" said Charlie as he laughed.

"Keep on saying then, when you realize that you three still live with Grandfather" said Dom as he drank his juice.

"Not by choice Dom, not by choice, you know that Grandfather won't let us move out, I don't know what he's afraid of" said Nine as he shook his head.

"Oh you know, he doesn't want you all to turn into bad eggs without his supervision" said Dom as he laughed.

"What's funny was that when we were in university, we lived in the dorms, and we didn't do anything bad, heck, Charlie tried to get a girlfriend and she ridiculed him" said Michael as he laughed.

"Hey, don't bring back bad memories, anyway Dom, do you have something doing?" asked Charlie as he frowned.

"Is that you way of asking me to come hang out with you guys?" asked Dom.

"Oh please yes, Grandfather is breathing down on our necks, it's Dom this, Dom that, I think he wants us all to get married as well" said Michael as he sighed.

"Then just do what he wants" said Dom as he laughed.

"No way, I'm a bachelor for life, besides, not everyone is the perfect grandson like you are" said Dom as he laughed.

"But you guys were adopted by Grandfather and Grandmother, which makes you my uncles, weirdly enough, which means that good uncles are supposed to get my good aunts" said Dom as he laughed.

"Don't say nonsense Dom, you make it sound weird" said Nine as he frowned and Charlie and Michael laughed.

"Oh you know it's the truth, but anyway, yes I have time, I'm done with all my work, so we can hang out" said Dom as he smiled.

"Great, wait? Don't you need to get permission from your wife first?" asked Michael as Dom laughed.

"No, she's not at home right now, and I have time" said Dom.

"Alright, are you coming over to the house or?" asked Michael.

"No, I don't want Grandfather asking me many questions that I don't want to answer" said Do as he sighed.

"Alright, so we'll meet at the usual place right?" asked Michael.

"Definitely, see you in 20 minutes" said Dom as he washed the glass that he used to drink juice.

"See you" said Michael as he smiled and he ended the call as Dom laughed to himself, those three could never change now could they?

Natasha used her keys to open the door as she walked into the empty house.

"Dom" called Natasha as she heard no reply.

"Dom" called Natasha again as she walked up the stairs and in the same moment her phone rang as she checked it.

"Hey Natasha, I went out with the guys, I will be back by 7" read the message that Natasha just received from Dom.

"Ahh" said Natasha as she laughed and she shook her head.

"Okay then, have fun, and tell the guys that I say hi, and also, don't do anything stupid, and I'm warning Charlie in particular" said Natasha as she smiled and she typed a message back to him as Dom started to reply almost immediately.

"You have nothing to worry about, Charlie will be fine" said Dom as he replied back.

"Right, I don't want to have to cover for anyone, if Grandfather calls me, I won't know what to say" said Natasha as she scoffed and she replied back.

"Grandfather won't call, and if he does, tell him that you don't know where I am" said Dom as he replied.

"Whatever, I have said what I need to say, see you at 7" said Natasha as she shook her head.

"See you" replied Dom as Natasha put her phone away and she walked up the stairs to her room as she turned to the right, and she opened the door as she put her backpack on the dressing table and she sat down on her bed as she took off her shoes and she removed her sweater and tied her hair into a ponytail as she yawned and she walked to her backpack and she brought out a lot of books from it.

Natasha sighed as she looked at the lot of work she had to do, she knew that she had to get started right now if she wanted to have time to relax later.

"Well let's get to it Tasha" said Natasha to herself as she carried her books in her hand, she closed the door of her room as she walked down the stairs to the dining room.

"Goodbye Lover boy, see you later" said Charlie as he smiled and he waved at Dom.

"Don't call me that, if anything, you are the lover boy, or should I remind you of Stacy Endervien" said Dom as Charlie frowned.

"Don't you dare, Stacy was a one time thing okay, it will never happen, never repeat itself, I know better than this, besides, now I have money" said Charlie.

"Mhmm, don't let Grandfather hear that before he stops giving you your monthly allowance" said Dom.

"The only way he would hear this is if you told him, so…" said Charlie as Dom scoffed and Michael laughed.

"Anyway, it's getting late, I'll see you tomorrow" said Dom as he walked to his car.

"See you" said Charlie.

"Take care" said Michael as he smiled.

"Bye" said Nine as Dom smiled and he drove away.

"Now, we need a valid excuse to tell Grandfather for where we went" said Charlie as he turned to look at Michael and Nine.

"Snake poison" said Nine and Michael at the same time.

"That's right, Grandfather is dead afraid of snakes" said Charlie as he laughed.

"I got it covered already" said Nine.

"Awesome, let's go" said Charlie as he smiled and they walked to the car.

The sky was dark as Dom pulled into the driveway, and he came out of his car with a plastic bag in his hand and he opened the door as the lights were switched off, so he switched them on.

Knowing Natasha, Dom was sure that she was still studying by now, and judging from the quietness, he knew just where she was.

Dom walked in the direction of the dining room quietly as he peeked through the open door and he saw Natasha with her head buried in a book as usual as she was totally oblivious to her surroundings right now, she did not ever hear the door open.

Dom placed the plastic bag on the ground as he walked into the dining room carefully and slowly as he covered Natasha's eyes with his hands.

"Who is it?" he said in a gruffy voice as Natasha smiled and she scoffed internally, of course she knew who it was.

"It is obviously a very big man child who has just had a fun time out with his friends" said Natasha.

"Wrong answer, try again" said Dom in the same voice as Natasha scoffed and she put down her book on the dining table as she removed his hands from her eyes.

"Dom, can you be serious for once?" asked Natasha as she turned to look at him.

"Oh I am, which is why sometimes I need to be silly" said Dom as he laughed and Natasha tapped his hands.

"I guess that someone had a nice time out with the guys" said Natasha as Dom smiled.

"I did, you should have come with us" said Dom.

"Can't I am so busy" said Natasha as she laughed.

"I bought takeout" said Dom as he smiled and he showed Natasha the plastic bag.

"You need to eat healthier Dom, you can't spend your money buying takeout" said Natasha.

"Well did you make dinner?" asked Dom.

"No well I was bus…" said Natasha as Dom cut her off.

"I knew that you would be, come on let's eat junk food, we are only young once" said Dom as he laughed.

"And that's a sign that you and Charlie spoke too much" said Natasha as Dom laughed.

"Come on…" said Dom.

"Mr. White, you are childish" said Natasha as she laughed.

"Mrs. White, why don't you be childish with me?" asked Dom as Natasha laughed.

"Alright fine" said Natasha.

"And that's how you negotiate" said Dom as Natasha scoffed.

"Anyway, I was thinking that we should visit your dad this Saturday what do you think?" asked Dom.

"That sounds great, I am sure he will be happy to see us" said Natasha as she smiled.

"I know that he will" said Dom as he smiled and Natasha smiled at him.
