"John, please!" Josephine begged but it all fell on his deaf ears.
"You have no place here anymore!" he said and the thunder roared, complimenting the heavy rain and sealing his words.
Josephine cried without having a single hint as to what to do.
"Can I at least see my son?" She asked and John who was walking back inside stopped abruptly before turning to face her.
"What did you just say?" he asked in a stern voice and even though the loud splattering and thudding sound of the rain could bury his voice, it was still so loud enough to instil fear in her.
"I wanna see my son. If I'm going to leave, I should at least see my son!" Josephine said in a harsh tone too. She hated this night.
"You have no right to look at him. You made the right choice that's gonna be right for him and benefit you. He remains under this roof while you leave and never see him again!"
