Tier System [Filler/Bonus Chapter]

Author's Note: This is literally a filler chapter explaining Power Levels and Tier Systems. Enjoy a canon and totally not an information dump chapter! :D

"Ahem, is this thing on?" Charlotte asked as she adjusted the camera.

"Charlotte, what are you doing?" I asked as I watched her set up her camera.

"I'm doing a thing, my beloved!~ I am going to record a video of me teaching people about Power Levels and Tier Systems and how it works!" Charlotte said, excitedly as she set up the camera.

Talenta watched and crossed her arms. "Why do we even need a dedicated chapter about this? Leonidas and Benedict's fight is about to start!"

"This isn't canon. It's a filler. Yeah I know I'm breaking fourth walls Author. Besides I want to ask you a question." I said.

[What?]

"Whoa. I can hear their voice in my head." I said.

"I can hear it too, my beloved." Charlotte said as she finished setting up.

"Sooo...about me and Shiro. We are more alike than Leon and Shiro, but I want to ask...Is Game of Lust canon?" I asked.

[No.]

"Damn. Rip Leon." Talenta said.

[I ran out of ideas.]

"I have another question. Am I canon in the Aisuru Omniverse?" I asked.

[Yes.]

"Whoa. But where do I fit in the timeline?" I asked.

[Ten years after Destiny Harem, a few years before End of an Ordinary Life. Taken you are a canon event, you're getting marked in history with one of the greatest comebacks of my universe besides Hisumi's come back. She really snapped too.]

"Who?" I asked.

[Nevermind, I'm not telling too much of anything. Just know I will be getting back to each series in the best way possible. I need to slow down and invest in one universe before getting on another. Oh and Ryder. You're going to have the biggest harem, even larger than Shiro. Don't tell him this, but I like your share of women better than Destiny Harem even though they are the OGs.]

"Will I remain human? I don't want to be a demon or whatever." I said.

[Now that I will answer. Yes. I've noticed that a lot of the times when I'm writing, my imagination tends to get too wild. I will keep you consistent as possible.]

"Thank goodness." I sighed.

"It's ready!~" Charlotte said happily and walked backwards from the camera.

"We'll see you next time, Aisuru. Wait one more question!" I said.

[Hm?]

"Can you make Aisuru a canon character? She's the mascot why has there never been a story about her?" I asked.

[I'll think about it. Anyway, laters!]

Charlotte cleared her throat. "Okay, now that everything's prepared let's get into the lesson. My name is Lady Charlotte Lazarus White. I'm sure within this very Earth you've witnessed a lot of strong people and wondered, hm how would I scale them? Their feats seem cool."

"I'm sure no one asks that about this Omniverse. We got people who can casually shatter realities with a snap of their fingers." I said.

Charlotte elbowed me and kept a smile. "Well I'm here to explain it all!~ Let's go visit one of my beautiful agents!~"

Wendy noticed Charlotte with a camera and crossed her arms. "The fuck..?"

"Listen, don't ask. It's a filler." I said.

"Filler?" Wendy asked.

"Like an alternate dimension. I don't know how we managed to get here, but hey it is what it is." I shrugged and crossed my arms.

Charlotte set her camera down and smiled at Wendy. "Mind helping me explain Striking Strength and Attack Potency?"

Wendy looked at the camera then smiled. "Sure whatever."

Charlotte nodded. "Here's one of my best agents, Wendy Lilac Gray!~"

"Whoa! My full name is egregious!" Wendy said.

"It's a filler, we have no enemies in this dimension and if there are they will probably be weak as hell." I said.

"I guess. Anyway Striking Strength, the amount of physical force one can deal in a single strike. Attack Potency, the destructive capability of an attack. The two go side by side. These attributes are graded in a numeric scale to get an accurate number for power level." Wendy said.

"Speaking of Power Level, a person's power level is the added up sum and division of the eight categories. For example, if your power level is 8000, each attribute has exactly 1000 points." Charlotte said.

"OBJECTION!" Wendy yelled then slammed her hand on a desk. "That's a fucking lie."

"Wait what..? When did we enter a courtroom..? Why is there a jury?" I asked.

"Yeah your math is way off." Wendy said.

"The hell..? Are you a fucking idiot or something? That's the exact math! I did the calculations." Charlotte said.

"No. Their power level will literally be 1000." I said. "Add 1000 eight times. Divide by eight. You get 1000."

The judge slammed his gavel on the block three times. "ORDER! Order in the court!"

'What is going on..?' I thought to myself.

Charlotte crossed her arms and looked around.

"The jury has come to a conclusion. Charlotte White, you are declared..."

"Guilty for being dumb as fuck!" The judge said.

Charlotte was on her knees and looked at the ground. "I really am dumb..."

I helped Charlotte up. "Come on. We have to shoot the rest of the stupid video for the chapter!"

Charlotte stood up and looked at her camera then sighed softly. "Sorry about that..~ Anyway that explains Striking Strength and Attack Potency! Let's go to ano-"

Reality began to glitch.

We suddenly appeared beside Alice who was practicing her shots in the gun range.

"What in the Scary VHS?" I asked. "Man we've been breaking too many fourth walls! We even made direct contact with a beyond omnipotent being! We gotta wrap this shit up."

"Right.." Charlotte said then tapped Alice's shoulder.

Alice looked at Charlotte then looked at me. "Filler?"

"Filler." I said.

"Explaining Tier Systems and shit?" Alice asked.

"Yep." I nodded.

"What do you need from me?" Alice smiled.

"Can you explain Range to the audience?" Charlotte asked.

Alice nodded. "Okay."

"And here's another one of my darling Agents, The Assassin of Death, Alice Ray Knight!~ She will be explaining range to you all!" Charlotte smiled at Alice.

"Range. An attribute that calculates how far your attacks can go. Now Range is tricky because we all use so many different attacks in our arsenal. But I will use myself for example. I specialize in Ranged Weaponry so your final calculations will be using my best form, WHICH I WILL NOT BE SPOILING!" Alice said.

"Holy shit, Reaper, back away from the camera." I said as I pulled Alice away from the camera.

"Anyway, the range of an attack can reach from zero distance to boundless distance. There are different factors that can also effect Range, but we all are graded differently so I'll leave that to the author. They are finally making a balanced power system. About three years late." Alice finished.

[Fuck up! I've been trying okay?]

Our reality began to glitch again.

"Oh nah because why they tell us to hurry up in the most disrespectful way possible?" I asked.

"I know. We have feelings too!" Charlotte bellowed.

"What's with all this excitement?~" Eliza asked and smiled at us.

"We are explaining Tier Systems." I said.

"You're perfect for this!~ Can you explain intelligence, Eliza La Beaumont?~" Charlotte asked.

"Sure!~" Eliza said happily as she twirled around.

"Oh nah, that is NOT my Eliza. Wait is it night time?" I asked.

"It is!~ And today is a special day for me~ Today is my anniversary with the dead~ My victims try to make me repent but I shall dance while they scream angrily!" Eliza said.

"Damn she's so fucking hot, but so fucking creepy." I said.

"Anyway, Intelligence is ranked very differently from everything else. It is ranked from Mindless to Omniscient. Most Intelligence Rankers mainly use IQ but there is also Battle IQ as well. Intelligence also works well with Magic since you need to be smart enough to know how it works and how to wield it which would require an IQ of 5000 and a Battle IQ of 7000 which will make your Intelligence 12,000 then divide by two and you get 6000." Eliza said.

"Users of Systems like Lust-E, Lust-Z, Destiny, any Super Computer automatically are in the Super Genius category, meaning Shiro was a Super Genius back then and he didn't even know it then." Eliza continued.

"I wonder what the other legends are like. You mentioned the Twilight's Bow, who wielded it?" I asked Talenta.

"Shit I'm not saying anything. This is a mostly non spoiler free filler. We might've accidentally leaked a few snippets but nothing crazy." Talenta said.

"Fair." I said.

Reality began to glitch.

"Damn it be like that." I said.

"Well here we are with Rhea Otokawa~" Charlotte smiled.

[Imma be honest, I don't even know if these are the actual last names or not for Rhea and Eliza. I reread the book about 50 times and not one last name.]

"That's okay~ It isn't like you're going to use them anyway~" Rhea smiled.

"Rhea, care to explain Speed?" Charlotte asked.

Rhea nodded. "Speed is tricky. You have five categories to go through. Attack Speed, Combat Speed, Reaction Speed, Travel Speed, and Flight Speed. Most would only calculate Combat Speed, but for a very accurate number all five would need to be considered. The speed tiers are Immobile to Boundless Speed. Omnipresence is a wierd one but I count it because why not."

"Ehh...I probably wouldn't count that. But hey anything goes just about." I said.

"I would have gotten Noel to explain it, but you are vastly faster than her." Charlotte said.

"Well I'm happy to explain it." Rhea smiled then was about to say something else.

Reality began to glitch.

"Wow I guess we'll never know what she says." I said.

Rebecca stretched as she laid on the couch. "Blah blah blah, Filler, Tier Systems. Listen Durability is the defense portion of Attack Potency. Durability seems to be confusing. Everyone is affected by bullets but can tank literal Launching Pressures, well keep in mind, those bullets are Alchemy Bullets. They have properties that go through Durability like any Pressure Attack."

"I guess I'll explain Stamina. Stamina is known as Endurance. How long they can remain active before collasping. It goes from Below Average to Infinite." I said.

"Okay! Now that all of that was explained, time to explain the Tiers in the quickest way possible. The scale is from Human to Boundless. Human being ranked a low Tier 10 and Boundless being Tier 0. Shiro said Ryder could reach Tier 7 Power meaning Ryder is capable of Nuclear Levels of Power. That's probably as easy as I can explain everything." Charlotte smiled.

She walked to her camera. "Now how do I turn this damn thing o--"
