After a long day of helping Edith with the chores I became restless.
Helio had not returned and it was almost ten. I thought he had changed that habit but maybe I was wrong. It might have been that he was less busy or had a clear schedule that he had returned early those days. Seated outside on the pavement waiting for him to return, I felt a blanket drop to my shoulder and a hand rub my back. It was relaxing. 'Hmm.' I smiled as I enjoyed the treatment. "Would you be here all night waiting?" Edith asked.
"I've decided not to give up, maybe I'd be able to get his permission if I pressure him a bit more." I say.
