Ugly
Kenny watched his wife dig in. "Baby," he knew what happened last night and read the messages Mona sent to his colleagues when he checked his phone.
"Hmm," she glanced at him expressionlessly.
"I'm sorry," he uttered, studying her face.
"Okay," was her response.
"I know... I know it's not something I can just give an explanation and then you believe."
"True," she only commented.
"But, I'll make it clear that..."
She cut him off, "I'm the only woman in your life, right?"
"Mona," he tilted his head. "It's hard for me you know, that I can't explain to you that I did nothing wrong."
"Do you love me?" She asked.
Kenny's breath ceased as he stared into her eyes. "Mona," he touched her hand.
"So, there's a possibility that she is your..."
"Mona!" He scolded her.
