Regardless of his confession being fake, she wanted to believe he loved her because he had always done things to make her happy. He had always been cautious of her well-being and had always wanted to impress her which was why he got himself a good-paying job. She sighed and felt lazy to stand up from the bed. She didn't feel like doing anything that day as her mood had destroyed every active part of her and staring into space, she fell asleep.
Kath had been staring at the window when she woke up. The first thing that came to her mind was Lucas. Was he going to scold her today again? Will his wicked wife come to see him today? Will she continue to do everything wrong? Her eyes were just glued to space as her mind wander.
After sensing someone's presence, she jerked out of her thoughts but didn't move her gaze until she heard knocks on the door. She flew her gaze blankly at the door and sighed knowing it was that cute boy with the fabulous vibe.
