Layla had met Michael at university ...Both of them were nerds who liked to stay alone .One day they coincidently sat together in a class which was compulsory for all students. They didn't talk to each other at first but since they had to sit with each other everyday they were forced to interact with each other. At first it was awkward but slowly they found out that they had so much in common...Both of them liked to study , loved sci- fi novels and were huge fans of Isaac Asimov.They were happy in each other's company...Even though both of them were class toppers but Layla was a bit extraordinary .She had an extraordinary intelligence that no one could compete with. But Michael didn't mind . He believed in his own hardwork and was satisfied with what he had ...Their friendship had reached to the point where they didn't even need to talk to be comfortable with each other. Then one day Layla's father was all over the news due to his multimillion investment ...Layla hadn't shared with Michael anything about her father. Hence Michael was stunned when he knew who Layla was .He was cool about it at first.But slowly differences grew , Michael felt like Layla had everything he could have asked for ...He became greedy , he worked hard to collect more and more money by any means but to no avail.Finally when Layla suggested to open research centre he was excited to join . He had huge role in building collider as he was an excellent engineer. Everything was smooth until one day when everything went down into deep and dark abyss: ZERN received an offer from huge multimillion company to work under them. If they agreed they could have received constant funds from them monthly. It was a huge opportunity .But Layla knew it actually meant that they had to work for them for the rest of their lives .If they signed the contract they had to research for company's benefit. Layla didn't want that she wanted to work freely hence refused to work for them . This angered Michael he decided to leave the centre. But before he left he sold the research centre 's secret project to the same company which Layla had refused to work with. The project was totally new and innovative , it developed smartphone to whole new level.It gave huge blow to Layla who hardly smiled after that...
