Part one

"Ah today is just something, I shuld just go home and forget about that Karin who wanted my books for free, Like what the hell was that?" I said to myself, I was heading home from a long day of signing books at that little cafe. That Karin wanted my new books for free since shes bought all of my older ones, she then started to cause a scene about it. This walk home for me was a good thing for right now, the cool air was nice on my face, "when I get home I can finally go to sleep." I said out loud to myself, the random person next to me looked at me like I was the crazy one. When I was with in a few feet from the front door of my apartment I saw that my door was glowing from the other side, I looked throught the window and saw nothing was in my living room so I opened the door. I saw what I could say was a scene from an Anime with the fantasy looking decore on the otherside, "What the Hell is this, why is there a fantasy world in my living room?" I said and I looked around for a moment to see a bunch of elf looking people staring at me, "Should I go through this door or should I close it and walk around the back?" I looked into the door again after thinking about it to see a tall tan pointy eared woman glaring at me, I stepped through the door and when I got to the otherside I was met by a couple of men dressed in armor. "You, So ANNA Bores Tela?" The man sitting on a thrown in front of me said and I couldn't understand him, I said back to him, "Sir, I dont undrestand you at all," The man listened to me then had someone give me a neckless to put around my neck. The person who was putting the charm on my neck was the tall tan one who was glaring at me from across the room.

I looked down at the neckless and the guy sitting on the thrown asked me, "Youung human can you understand me now?" I shook my head "yes" and then the guy said, "I am sorry for my guards for how they treated you just now, we've been waiting for someone to come through the portal for an hour or so." I looked behind me and I saw that the portal had closed for good and at that moment I was scared, know of what tv and movies had told me being summoned like this can go either way and that scared the shit out of me. "So am I stuck her now?" I asked the guy and he shook his head "yes" the guy or King from what I sensed from him from the way he looked. He looked depressed for me being stuck here, "You'll never be able to go back home and I'm sorry about that." He told me and I looked at him like he was crazy, why would he be sad for me if it doesnt effect him? "You're not kinding are you?" I said to him and he shook his head "No", I had a small tear running down my face. "I'll never see my family again." I said quietly but loud enough to were the King heard me..

The King got off the thrown and walked right up to me, He was about six feet tall and looked this the fantasy version of a Dark Elf, with the white hair, dark skin and gold eyes. I could really tell that we has an elf for his ears were a big give away. He placed his hand on my shoulder when he was in front of me and he said, " Young man we are truly sorry for doing that to you, we needed to summon someone to help us with this world." He saw I was cunfused and then he told me why they need to summon me or someone to this world. "We summon one person from another world to please the gods and restore our farm lands and magic for this world every couple houndred years." Then he told me how this world worked and the classes of people in this world, after we talked about all of that then he asked me, " If you want we can set you up as an Adventurer or something where you can earn a living." The King looked at me wanting me to accept his offer, "Sir if you can get me logging and Some kind of work I can do the rest on my own, I'm not one to sit still for to long."

When I said that the King snapped his fingers and a bunch of servants rushed into the room right at me, They took my clothes and dressed me in this worlds clothes, they were even going to take my neckless and canteen lighteri had in my pocket. The main servant tried to take them from me but I refused tellling them, "These are what i have left from my homeland." She smiled and let it be, I then looked into the mirror and I laughed a bit. "I like the leahter but I feel this will get hot in the warm months," I said to myself to see a servant laugh at me for a moment. I walked out to the street after and I took in the new world with one deep breath, then I headed to the guild hall down the street to check it out and get acquainted. This world was much like a fantasy game or anime, with the beastmen, elves and the others I hadn't seen before walking about, I knew from how I was being looked at that Humans were second class or slaves to everyone. The People around me stared at me hard, like I wasn't suppose to be there. "Is that the boy the brought from the other world, why did it have to be a slave like his kind, the yellow eyes are going to get him like the others." I heard around me and I was getting annoyyed by the gossip, I made it to the guild hall and I opened the door to see a woman fall from a tall shelf, Without thinking I ran across the floor right to the woman catching her. I looked back to see the dust on the floor settle back on the floor. "God damn, I am faster than I was in my old world!" I said to myelf, I was still holding the girl when she noticed she had not hit the floor, I noticed that she had horns and red eyes .

I let her down and she looked at me puzzled about how I moved so fast and that why a random human was in her guild hall, she then looked over at her desk and saw the letter on it. "Ah right you must be the Human that King Thange brought to this world, You can come with me to my main office." She said pulling me in the direction of the big office. "Ma'am my name is Jacob, please don't call me anyhting but that." I said to her and she responded with, "my name is Meredeth but most people call me Marry, I expect you to call me that too, also I'm the Master of this Guild Hall." We went into her office and she sat me down as she pulled out a chest from under her desk. "Now we rank our guild members on experience and by their power, we use these scrolls in my chest to measure both and to see the persons moral and elemental ailities." Marry watched me take in that information and then she told me more about the scrolls, "When you touch them the color of the scrolls with retain what the person who is now the owner of it by their element and moral path."

Marry pulled out a scroll that was white in color and handed it to me, when I grabbed the scroll it began to change many colors but was a bit darker then Marry seem to like, then it turned both red and blue with a silver strip right down the middle of the scroll. Marry grabbed t from me then she opened it and showed me what it said and boy was it alot. "oh my Goddess, you have two nature elemental powers of fire and water with a even moral path. People who have this are known to be soldiers or Knights in other parts of this world, I think you would be wasting your abilities being a Adventurer." She stood up and sent a magic message to the King and he sent his people right away. It took only a couple minutes and then a bunch of Knights came through the door for me, One of them was a very tall Orc woman dressed in offical looking armor. She was green, tall and very mean looking , from right out of the fantasy games I played as a kid. She looked at me and read my scroll while looking back at me with every thing she read back to me. "You've seen and unlocked this power of your's do you know what happeneds now?" She asked me as she grabbed my shoulder and I looked at her confused and I told her, "Ma'am I have no Idea whats really going on, I just arrived to this world and I'm still learning how this world reallly works."

The woman snorted at me then she told me, "No matter, I don't want you wasting you chance to become a knight, I want to help you become one, even if your a human or new to this world." She grabbed my hand and was going to make me follow her but when she pulled I didn't budge an inch. "I'm not going anywhere right now, I just got her and I'm very tired since I haven't slept since yesterday, I wish to sleep." I told her and the Orc picked me up and carried me off to the where I didn't know, I tryed to get away from her but I couldn't get loose. "I'm going to train you in combat and magic to help you, I know you're from a another, the people before you never really make it a week because the lack of training." I looked at her when she told me that last part I felt her soft side and it made me smiled a bit, "I seen your potential to do great things here. I believe it's only right to help you get a jump on these world problems", I felt her arms untighten and she let me down from off her shoulders. I looked her dead in the eyes and I told her about how I already viewed this world, "From where I come from this world is much of a fantasy world, I don't want to squander my chance on becoming something once more so I'll take you up on your offer to train me. What I can understand, this world is very dangerou." The Orc agreed with me she saw me fall a bit, "I haven't slept in a day and half, can I please get some sleep now or I am going to pass out right here." I said to her and she smiled aat me, "You can sleep in the room next to mine when we get to the Academy barracks." She told me and we walked a it more to the barracks, while on our way there she showed me the school and how they taught the next knights and guards for the King's family. She told me about how this school admitted a bunch of students and not many make it to the end.

She told me that I would mostliy be one of the few to make it, she was telling me a lot then she looked down at me then asked, "Oh, I am sorry I never caught your name, what do people call you little human?" She asked me and I told her, she told me who she really was, "My name is Lolita the Grand commander of the Kings Knights." She said that I felt my fear from this world disappear from what I had for this world. Lolita then took me to a room that was to become mine and I saw how it was laid out, I saw a small desk and a bed in the corner, I looked out the window and I saw the training grounds. I looked around the room and saw from the desk and bed that I didn't even have a place to wash myself off from the days sweat. I sat on my new bed and I leaned back a bit and I fell asleep right away with no trouble. The next morning when I woke up, I saw that I was still in this new world and everything about yesterday came back to me, then I heard a hard knock on the door.

I opend the door and saw it was Lolita, she was coming to wake me up for my first day of training, I put on my clothes and I went with her. She brought me to a class and told the teacher to train me in magic and the in's and outs of this world. "So am I now going to take part in the academy as an adult?" I asked Lolita and she shook her head "Yes," "You'll be here till you can beat me in a fight one on one." She told me and I smiled at her after she walked away. (All I need to do is to get strong enough to take on the Orc.) I sat down in a chair in the back of the class and started my day, I had no idea what the writing or what everyone was talking about the whole day, being new sucked. "Alright class I want you to hold out your hands so I can see how well you can cast a sphere of your selected power." The teacher said to everyone as they all casted a bunch of light into their hands, I raised my own hands and I thought about what I should put in my hands. "Fire and water, I wonder if I can do both at the same time?" I said casting fire in one hand and ice in the other hand, evereyone around me freaked out for a moment and I dispelled the magic but a bit of the fire leaked on to the ground.

I put the fire out with my magic and I sat back down, the teacher sighed then she told me to work on my control while I was out of class. I snickered a bit then got slapped by someone from behind me, when I turned to see who did I saw it was a Dwarf girl sitting behind me. "Be respectful human!" The girl said yelling at me, I gave her a mean look then I smiled at her, "What are you smiling at human?" She asked me as I looked foreward, "To have a cute little dwarf girl slap me was a bit suprising, this world is just something else." I said back to her and she went to hit me again but I blocked it, "don't hit me again, just because I'm a human doesn't me I will let you walk all over me, I'm no push over." She looked at me then she sat back in her chair after she apologized to me for hitting me.

For the rest of the day was training in hand to hand and with weapons, and for lunch I ate alone before I took a short nap under a tree till it was time to head back to class. While I slept under that tree I had a dream that I was fishing with my younger brother on our favorite lake. It was a nice dream till the commander, Lolita came to get me for my next class. "Jacob you need be in class, your personal trainer is waiting for you." She said picking me up off the ground and she prushed the dirt off my my pants, I went to the training grounds as I was asked. When I got to see who my trainer was I saw it was a woman beastmen, more specifically a tiger or cat beastmen. She had snow white fur with red strips, her eyes where yellow in color and wore the standered clothes the other wore but something about her felt different. Lolita was behind me as she spoke up introducing me to her, "This woman is Master Tilla, she a master at combat of the fist and the best choice for you. I feel you like to fight with your hands rather than a sword much like her, she'll make a great trainer for you I promise you that." I watched the Tiger for a bit taking in all of her features when ever she moved, I had a thing for furries from my old life and this wasn't helping.

"Why are you staring at me little human, do I have something on my face?" Master Tilla asked me and I slapped my face hard bringing me back to this moment, both women looked at eachother then they looked at me like I had lost it. "Sorry I lost myself for a moment in my thought, I am fine now you don't need to worry about me." I told them and Lolita left so I could start training with Tilla, "I want you to fight me with everything you got, So I can see where we need to improve on." Tilla said to me and I blinked only twice, "Alright then what are we going to do after that?" I asked her and she told me the same thing again, "We'll Improve you into a fighting monster like me and Lolita." Then in a flash of a moment I charged at her and we clashed for a bit, she was really good and stopped my attacks, I throw a punch with my left hand and she caught it and tossed me away. While I was in the air for the moment I caught myself as I hit the wall but the wall didn't bust, I looked like spiderman for a moment then I pushed off the wall using a bit of my water magic and I jetted back at her hitting her into the opposet wall behind her.

After that attack another trainer stopped us from going further after watching us for a half an hour, I was to strong for the basics, "I think we should focus on your combat with magic and your martial arts, with power like yours this would be a smart path for you." Till said to me pointing at the wall I broke from the water magic I used, I looked to see the damage from me. "Oh damn I'm sorry about that, I just used what I could to win the fight, or wasn't that the goal of that session?" I asked her and Tilla smiled, "We can use that like I told you, now let get to work and get you trained."

The next few days went like that for me, training and magic classes, I was just a human in a world not my own but from what I learned in just a few days I had become the stronger than most of the fights and gaurds here in the Elf capital. I was even stronger than the Knights that protected this kingdom, then just like that it came time to fight Lolita for the chance to get out on my own, but she had a twist for me. For me to leave the Academy I had to beat both lolita and Tilla in a two on one fight using whatever I could to beat them, I of which won that fight with out breaking a sweat by breaking out my new magic spells of fire that targeted my targets and made weapons from my water and ice magic. The women passed out from being tired from the fight and thats how I won the match and later that night I went to bed early and packed the little bit of stuff I had in my room. That morning I left before everyone woke up and I headed to the gate, when I got there I saw The King, Tilla and Lolita waiting for me. "Son before you go I want to say to you is good luck my friend." The King said shaking my hand as my teachers, my friends hugged me tightly then they gave me a gift and a warning, "this axe is enchanted to work with your magic and these gloves boost your raw fighting power, also stay away from the Yellow eyed Demon clans in the north, they inslave your kind."

I thanked them for the gifts and I left them for the east, I wanted to see the dark elf kingdoms and others in that direction, then I wondred to the west of the counrty wanting to see more of this world. Heading to where my heart pulls me felt right for some reason I could not tell you why.
