Powers and a New Start

Kai woke up in a dark room with a white table with two chairs in it. On one of those chairs, sat a woman he completely recognized as his wife, Sarlyn.

She smiled at him and said, "I told you. Sit down, I'll explain how this is going to work. Also I know you were a hardcore otaku in your teens and early adult years. We used to read those transmigration and reincarnation web novels all the time together."

After Kei sat down she started, "First off. You can use a few wishes to get different things. Depending on what you wish for determines on how many things you can wish for. Making it easier I'll put it into a point system. You'll start with twenty credits. Various things will show up and I'll tell you how many credits each will take."

"After that, I'll explain about the types of worlds you can pick, I'll also give you my blessing for free."

"Umm... Okay, so I can ask for anything? Like even Gojo's power?"

"Yes dear, you can. That takes 10 Credits, this comes with his six eyes technique and his limitless power adapted to mana instead of cursed energy."

"What about Predator or Gluttony from Slime?"

"Predator costs 4 credits, while Gluttony costs 8."

"Boosted Gear?"

"The gear without Ddraig, 3 credits. With Ddraig, 4."

"Can I get a system like in those old novels we used to read?"

"Fufufufufu yes, I already made a few expecting you to ask that. There are three types of systems. There's the barebones one. With just basic information, which only costs 1 credit. There's the slightly better one which offers a shop as well. This one costs 2 credits. Finally there's the complete system, which has access to rewards from the system as well as a job system that can give you jobs, each having skills, based on your actions, this costs 4 credits. I will be personally monitoring and updating the last one. By doing certain actions in each world you can earn more credits that can be used in the shop of the last two shops or used to modify the shop to an extent."

After what seemed to be a few hours, Kai finally looked up and said, "Alright. I made my choices. I want Gojo's power, Predator and the full system and then I'll keep the last two credits for later."

"Very well my dear, that is all twenty credits. I'll give you the system now and afterwards we'll discuss the world you will be starting in. Also I will be able to visit you periodically using an avatar. I can't stay with you permanently as even through an avatar, if I stay for too long, my presence will eventually cause that universe to implode. Also as for what race you will be I will change in to dragon, as I am a dragon goddess."

"Oh? And I get that for free? I don't have to use credits to get a draconic bloodline?"

"Yes, it comes with my blessing anyways, however you will have to unseal it either through the system rewards over time or by using credits. It shouldn't take too long to unseal but for now it will be sealed."

Six Eyes Technique (Passive): Gives the host the Six Eyes which allows them to see the flow of mana, allows the user to see anything even atoms, immense brain processing power, and can see what skills a person is using immediately after seeing it.

Domain Expansion (Active): Traps the target inside the concept of infinity. While inside the Limitless, the target is inundated with an endless stream of information, overloading their brains and leaving them in a catatonic state. Costs 200 mana per second.

Predator (Active): Allows the host to consume creatures and gain their skills and abilities for himself.

Blessing of Sarlyn (Unique): A blessing from the dragon goddess Sarlyn that extends to all partners of the host.

-Draconic protection (Passive): The host is coated by the Divine Draconic aura of Sarlyn which protects them from a lethal attack and sending out a pulse of divinity, killing anything within a 15m radius around the host that is not protected by the same passive.

-Draconic Tongue (Passive): The host can understand and speak almost any language spoken by intelligent beings.

(A/N: This means he can't understand wolves howling or bears growling, only actual languages.)

- Ageless (Passive): The host cannot age and cannot be aged magically.

-Shapeshift (Active): The host can choose to look however they wish, body type, facial features, etc.

Creation magic (Passive): Gives the host access to creation magic.

Beguiling(Passive): Increases the users charm by 5x.

Dragon Transformation (Sealed): The host can transform into their draconic form, while in this form the host gains 5x Strength, 2x Agility, 3x Constitution, 4x Defense and 2x Arcana. This form constantly drains mana.

Kai looked at Sarlyn with an eyebrow raised, "Primordial Dragon Goddess of Reality and Creation? I was expecting a goddess but aren't you like really really strong even for a goddess if that's the case?"

"Fufufufufufu yes, I'm equally powerful as my sister, the Primordial Dragon Goddess of Life and Death, and my brother the Primordial Dragon God of Chaos and Destruction. Us three being the three strongest beings in existence."

"I wasn't expecting that.... Anyways. It says that I can shapeshift and look however I want, I guess I'll pick my appearance next." (The MC basically looks like Gojo except with long white hair pulled into a ponytail that goes to his mid back and his eyes are slitted like a dragon's.)

Kai then continued, "Okay now, what worlds are available for me to go to?"

"Well. Any worlds are available but which ones would be good varies. I would pick a world that has a low starting point all the way to a decently high level. You don't have to stay the whole time either, you can switch worlds whenever, however, once a world is created and a timeline is chosen, even if you aren't there, the timeline will continue regardless if you are there or not and the timeline cannot be reset, reversed or paused outside of a few time abilities that you might get that can do minor alters in time but noting major."

"Hmm. I thought about this before and I'm going to go to 'That time I got reincarnated as a Slime.' first. It should be a good starting point."

"Good idea, it's got a wide range of power and you can even pick up a few cute girls while your there fufufufufu."

"Wait. What do you mean pick up a few cute girls? Your still my wife!"

"That may be true dear but did you really think I was going to make you go for thousands or even up to hundreds of thousands of years without getting laid? Sure I can come down and sleep with you every now and then, and I will, but there's only so much that will do. Not to mention, I really never minded you having a harem, it's a common thing in almost every world except the one you were from. I chose not to tell you because it was considered taboo there, however now I don't mind. Actually I even encourage it."

"I...Thank you? I mean... Shuna is kind of cute though.... Okay I'll do my best to pick up some more women."

"Fufufu of course dear. Now as much as I love you and love talking to you, you should get started soon. The sooner you start the sooner you can build a harem and join my real body. Make sure your other women get strong with you. With that being said, we can still talk whenever and I will come down first when you get a good standing in your new world."

Saying that, Sarlyn stood up and gave Kai a deep kiss and pushed him backwards as he finds himself falling.
