chapter 33 : auction house

"f-fourth floor, how did it get in here, ?" ask stella who confuse of how come a monster that was suppose 2 floor under this floor was in the second floor.

"i don't know, but maybe because is lost it's way and come to this floor, or.." say glenn who pause his word.

"or what, ?" ask stella.

"or maybe there is another monster who drive that monster away from his home," say glenn who lift both of his hand and shoulder, telling stella that he doesn't know the exact reason.

"well, anyway, what are we gonna do know, ?" ask stella who pointed to fried taratech.

"well, we can't just leave it alone though," say glenn as he try to lift the taratech, but after a few second, he doesn't move at all, and that what make stella worried.

"what wrong, ?" ask stella.

"can you help me carried this, is heavier than i though," say the man who try to lift a spider who was bigger than him, while stella just give the man a cold look before turning away, and leave.

"hey, don't leave me," say glenn to stella who walking, leaving the man alone.

a few days later, stella and glenn finally back to the kingdom, and now they're on the way to the client house, which is a noble who order the web.

by the way, stella finally gave up and help glenn by using her gravity magic to decrease the spider weight while glenn carried the taratect to the town, and because stella has to use her magic everytime the spell run out, they have to rest mutiple time to recover stella lost magic.

"thank you very much for bringing this web," say the person who hold the web.

"no problem," say glenn as he received the money from the man.

"by the way, here a give for you two," say the man as giving stella amd glenn a ticket.

"what this, ?" ask stella.

"a ticket to attend the auction, i don't have to go since i already have this spider web, so i giving it to you guys, maybe you guys will find something that caught your interest," say the man who at that time got a thank stella and glenn.

"an auction huh, and the place is not far from here," say glenn as he look at the ticket he holding, while stella look at the taratech that glenn was carrying.

"hei, why don't we sell this spider in the auction, it will give us some extra cash if we do it right," say stella as she doesn't even know what they gonna do with it.

"i don't mind, but how much will i get, ?" ask glenn to stella.

"10%"

"hey that to little, raise it a little,"

"20% and that final," say stella to glenn who doesn't has a choice as he just nod, because the only thing he do is just carrying the monster, while stella do the most work.

as they finally make a deal, they quickly went to the auction, where she and glenn give the manager the corpse of the spider, and because the spider was completely unscratch, the manager estimate that the price that usually the bider purchase will be around 200 gold.

so the money that stella will get from selling the corpse will be 190 gold since she has to pay the fee, 5% that she got from the auction.

"wow, so many people," say stella who look around the auction, and a lot of them are coming from a rich family, and a few of them is someone that she know.

"stella, come on, let's get our seat our seat," say glenn as he and stella sit on the back of the auction as the auction begin.

"and now for our 37 item, the taratech corpse," say the man who introduce the item to then bider.

"oh, the corpse look really good,"

"i agree, usually the corpse that was auction is usually got a lot of slash or was a little destroy, but it look like really fine,"

"whoever who hunt that monster, it must be a profesional,"

"wow, so many bider," say glenn who was gulping about the amount of money the will receive.

"500 gold," say the woman who was wearing armor, who at that time make the audience silent because of her.

"500 one, 500 two, 500 three, sold to the bider no.54," say the man while announce the woman as a winner for winning the taratech corpse.

"wow, who is she, ?" ask stella to glenn about the woman who was bide their item.

"o-one of the 4 lancer of the kingdom, lena durandal," say glenn who was in complete shock when he saw the woman, she has a black long hair that tied in ponytail while her eye is like a blue deep sea.

'4 lancer huh,' though stella as she look at the older woman who was carrying a a sword on her waist.

"alright now for the item number 38, a book that contain an unknown language that has not yet to be translated, the unknown book," say the dealer who at that time give 10 gold for the price of the item that was auction.

at that that moment, no one raise their hand because like the guy say, even if that item is something important if know one knew what the book is contain, it will be a waste of money to buy that book.

meanwhile stella look at the book that was auction in the stage as her eye widen by the language that was written in the book.

't-that language, b-but how,' though stella as she slap both of her cheeks to given herself a check out before look at the book.

"we start the bid by 10 gold, anyone, ?" ask the dealer as he was nervous because no one want to bid for the item.

"even if an ancient book or something, but still is we can't make use of it, there is just a trash that worth of gold," say one of the noble.

"hahaha, yeah, i remember that was a group who claimed to know how to read those word, but if that was in here again, that mean they failed," say the person beside him.

"i'm gonna buy it," say stella to glenn.

"are you sure, that book was a scam," say glenn to stella who just shrugged him off, as she raise her arm.

"well, she is just a child, maybe she though that is some kind of play thing to her,"

at that time stella heard a lot of negative comment from the noble who at that time critist stella for buying a trash item, but stella herself doesn't really care about the other comment about since the last will be laughting will be her.

"100 gold coin," say the person who at that time make all of people glance at the person, but as they glance, they eye widen since they never expect the person to be here.

"100 gold coin to miss in the front, is there anyone want to bid even higher," say the dealer who look at the crowd which was quiet compare when stella raise her hand.

"100 gold one, 100 gold two, 100 gold three, congratulation to the bider no. 12, for winning the unknown book," say hbe dealer who announce the archduke vincent as the winner, as she look behind and wink at stella, who was sweating since she doesn't like the look on her face.
