Staying Back.

She pushed the pill into his mouth and helped him take some water.

She had changed the towel on his head and also wiped his body. She covered him and sat back to have some dinner.

Jack woke up coughing, she gave him some water and warm porridge she had ordered for him.

"Take more so that the meds have something to work with," she said finishing the last spoon of porridge into his mouth.

Cleaning his lips she laid him back down and covered him.

"Feeling better," she asked him.

"Cold," he said

She got up looking turned the air conditioner and then helped him up.

"Come on let's go to the bed," she said holding him.

He groaned but she was able to get him to the bed, covering him up. The medicine in his body started working and son he was breathing normally as he went to sleep.

She sighed sitting next to him, "how did I get involved in their cat-and-mouse chase with Rina and end up taking care of you".

Her gaze rested on his sleeping face and smiled but then looked away.

Sleep took her and when she woke up her phone was ringing.

"Hello" she yawned

"Boss where are you guys, we have been waiting in the lobby of the hotel for an hour already. If we don't leave now the flight will be gone"

She turned to still-sleeping Jack and sighed.

"You guys go ahead, me and Jack will stay back a while," she said.

"Okay boss, enjoy" they giggled hanging up.

She yawned again, "Now rumours are going to spread about us, all because of you"

She got out of bed checked on him and then ordered them breakfast. And went into the bathroom for a shower.

She walked out in towel humming a jolly tune.

"Morning" Jack's voice startled her.

"Morning" she said.

His eyes stayed on her as she started to dry her hair. "I guess you feel better to have the energy to stare at me like,that," she said.

"My throat still hurts, I have a runny nose and my body aches too but am better than yesterday"he smiled.

"That good, let me get dressed then I will bring you your pills" she said.

She changed in the bathroom and walked out.

"Why do you have to hide when I know your body by heart" he said.

"Because we are not in any romantic relationship and I have a boyfriend, his now the only one who has that right" she said handing him the pills and water.

He took them and thanked her.

"Do you still hate me" he asked.

"Don't ask questions that am too lazy to answer and just lay down" she said.

She heard the knock on the door and checked to see their breakfast.

"Thank you"she said closing the door. Taking the warm chicken soup and a spoon she walked to the bed.

"Here have this" she said. He looked at her with sadness. "Am not feeding, I only did yesterday cause you where to weak to do it but your okay now" she said.

He scoffed taking the bowl and started eating.

She watched him take everything then returned the bowl back. Getting the towel washed and wet again she came back to him.

Gently she pulled off his shirt, he didn't say anything and let her wipe his sweaty body.

He sighed happily after, "I feel more better now".

"Welcome, now rest and if your okay my evening. Then we can leave tomorrow" she said.
