A Dragon's Perspective

[From Trashy Noble to one of the Most Revered...] "So here I am, the First Son of the High-and-Mighty Noble Dragon House, with a plan so brilliant it’s stupid: screw the heir’s mantle and kick back with a life full of leisure, money, and women. But here's the kicker—I had no damn clue that during my drunken blackout, I got zapped into the friggin' novel (The Dragon King's Second Son Is A Villain) I once skimmed. Turns out, the character I’ve become was meant to die early on. Great. My lazy-ass plan just flipped the script. Now, instead of living easy, I’m a walking Calamity Magnet, scrambling to survive in this godforsaken world. Talk about ironic bullshit." "I'll carve out my own path, even if it means dealing with all the Bullshit that comes with it." ________________________________ ●Magic Castle- 10 Extra chapters (RIP my Sleep Schedule) ●2 CHAPTERS UPDATED DAILY!!! I'LL GO THROUGH HELL AND BACK TO KEEP WHAT I HAVE!

Diaval stood in the wreckage of what once looked like an office.

Blood smeared on the walls, charred remains of furniture, and shattered glass littered the floor.

Outside, the rain poured relentlessly, making the yellow police tape flutter in the wind.

People gathered around, murmuring in hushed tones, their faces pale with shock.

Diaval tried to understand what was happening.

In the chaos, he noticed a figure dressed entirely in black, a hoodie obscuring their face.

The figure's eyes glowed with a sinister red hue, a chilling smile playing on its lips.

In an instant, the figure disappeared, leaving Diaval with a sense of dread.

He tried to chase after it but was held back by the crowd.

Suddenly, he jolted awake, his heart pounding.

*Huff...Huff

It had all been a dream, but it felt too real, too vivid.

He sat up, glancing at the other side of the bed where Eva lay soundly asleep, the events of last night leaving her deeply at rest.

Diaval took a moment to appreciate her presence, feeling a wave of love and gratitude wash over him.

He had fulfilled one of his greatest wishes by marrying her, but the dream lingered in his mind, a puzzle he couldn't piece together.

He kissed Eva gently on the forehead before getting out of bed, stretching as he grabbed a bottle of water from the near table half full.

Looking out the window at the rain-soaked landscape, he wondered about the meaning of his dream, the vivid images refusing to fade from his memory.

"What the hell was all that?" He began.

"Last time I had a dream like that was back in my past life after a night of followed Horror movie binge watching..."

"But even so, this one wasn't like that dream."

"All that felt like...it was really happening,"he said folding and opening his arms.

His mind drifted back to the Mammon Dungeon, the Demon Prince's words playing in his head.

Chaos would occur, and Adam now Diaval would play a major role.

"Shit...everytime I think about it, I feel a sense of overwhelm wash over me..."

"I barely escaped being the Heir...and now this."

He sighed and continued his lament, "I just wanted a freaking easy life."

Diaval stood by the window, the rain pouring down outside mirroring the storm brewing inside him.

He knew chaos was coming, and it would follow him like a fucking shadow.

There was no escaping it, no point in trying to wash it all away. He had always been a magnet for trouble, but this time, he wouldn't run.

"Fuck this," he muttered to himself, his voice low and bitter.

"In my previous life, I was a goddamn loser. Couldn't hold on to what I wanted, lost everything, and it broke me. But this... this is my new life.

I've been given a second chance by who knows who but I'm grateful, and I promise to fucking survive. I will protect what I hold dear, no matter what it takes."

He glanced at Eva, still peacefully asleep.

"I won't let anyone take this from me. I'll take care of everything, everyone I love. I'll fight for it, hold on to it with every goddamn thing I've got."

Diaval's jaw clenched, his fists tightening.

"Yes, this time, I'll do whatever it takes to keep my promises. I'll protect my new life and the people in it.

Chaos may come, but I won't be broken again. I'll stand my ground and face whatever shit comes my way."

He let out a shaky breath, the bitterness of his past life mingling with the determination he now felt.

"No matter how hard I want to just live an easy fucking life, it's never gonna be that simple.

I'm stuck in this goddamn cycle, and trouble's always gonna find me. But I changed the plot.

I survived.

I didn't die like a useless character in some shitty novel."

Diaval's eyes burned with intensity.

"Chaos is gonna ensue, and I know it all too fucking well. But I'm not backing down.

I'll protect this, I'll protect her. I'll do what it takes to make sure I don't lose everything again."

With a final glance at Eva, he turned back to the window, the rain still pouring down.

"This is my life now. And I swear, I'll fight like hell to keep it."

Diaval, after resolving his thoughts carefully, decided to head to the shower.

The warm water cascading over his body was both soothing and a means to clear his head.

He stood there, letting the water run down his face, thinking back on everything that had happened and how the future would unfold.

Despite the chaos he anticipated, he promised himself he would do everything in his power to protect what he held dear.

While he was deep in thought, he heard a soft knock on the bathroom door.

Opening it, he found Eva standing there, wrapped in a towel, her eyes still heavy with sleep but filled with a tender light.

"Mind if I join you?" she asked with a smile.

Diaval stepped aside, allowing her to enter. As she dropped her towel and stepped into the shower with him, the sight of her made his heart swell. She was everything he had ever wanted, and now she was his.

The water mixed with the warmth of their bodies as they stood close together.

Eva ran her hands over his chest, tracing the lines of his muscles.

"Last night was... incredible," she said softly, her voice barely above a whisper.

"I've waited so long for this, for you. For us to be together."

Diaval placed a gentle kiss on her forehead, his hands moving to caress her back.

"I feel the same way. I can't believe you're finally mine. I promise you, Eva, I'll protect you and cherish you. No matter what happens."

Eva looked up at him, her eyes shining with emotion.

"I've always dreamed of this moment, of being with you. And now, it's real. You're my husband, Diaval. My everything. I'm so grateful for you."

He kissed her, slowly and tenderly, letting the water cascade over them.

"I love you, Eva. More than anything."

They continued to wash each other, their movements gentle and loving.

Eva's hands moved over his body, washing away the tension and stress, while Diaval did the same for her. It was an intimate and beautiful moment, filled with sweet words and soft touches.

As they stood there, wrapped in each other's embrace, Diaval felt a deep sense of peace. For the first time in a long while, he felt hopeful about the future.

And as the water continued to flow around them, they shared a kiss that promised a lifetime of love and devotion.
