I'll Take Care Of You

Mila's head was such a mess between getting cornered by Jonathan in the elevator and spending time with Drew because it was his birthday and she felt sorry for him that she didn't even notice that she had left her phone at the office until, with the lack of an alarm, she slept until after ten. 

Great. Just what she needed. 

At least she didn't have any auditions today that she missed by oversleeping. She did need to get her phone back though so she heaved herself out of bed, making Marshmallow look at her reproachfully for ruining the snuggle, and forced herself to look professional. 

She just had to go in, get the phone, and get out. She shouldn't run into either of them as long as she made it quick. 

Her plans were derailed immediately when she arrived in the parking lot and saw that Jonathan was pointing a gun at Drew. What in the world was going on?!
