Elena narrowed her eyes as she walked into the bar searching for her lastest target. She needed to find someone who was rich. Not just looking rich, but rich in the true sense. With enough money in his wallet, and bank account, if she is lucky enough to get hold of his bank cards. Her friend Edward would be more than glad to hack the account.
She was going to be lucky tonight, she felt it in her. Elena seductively flipped her long blonde wig to back, her eyes scanning the guests at the VIP section. She always wore a wig for situations like this because it made it less easy for her to be recognized. And she never wore same wig twice. It's the reason she owns several wigs.
She needed a pass for her to be able to get to the VIP section. It was either that, or she will be kicked out by the mean looking bouncers who were guarding the entrance.
The men at the VIP looked and reeked of money. She could tell from their expensive suits and gold wristwatches. These were the type of persons she needed. Most of the men at the VIP section were with women, except one, a middle aged man, he was there by himself. He was her perfect target, but how would she get through those bouncers without a pass?
"Think Elena, think!" She said within her head as she tried coming up with a plan. She walked up to the bar to get a drink for herself.
"A mojito please," she said to the bartender who poured made a mojito for her and placed the glass in front of her.
"Thanks," Elena was about to take her drink when she caught sight of her target standing up. Was he leaving already? Elena quickly paid for her drinks and left the bar. She noticed her target heading towards the restroom and she followed him.
"What now?" She asked herself as she hung around the entrance of the men's restroom, waiting for her target to come out.
"Just go with the flow."
Soon the door opened, and in a swift movement she threw herself at her target, spilling her drink both on herself and him.
"Oh, I'm so sorry," Elena gasped, pretending to be in shock.
"You should watch were you are going," the man said, irritated that she had spilled her drink on him.
"Oh my bad, I'm so sorry sir, I never meant for this to happen, I was only headed to the ladies," Elena said, pretending to be truly sorry.
"But this is the men's restroom," the man said, giving her a suspicious look.
"Oh it is," Elena covered her mouth with her right hand, and then tears started to stream down her cheeks. Yes she was that quick with tears, she was a good actor, if the circumstances were different probably she would have been in the make believe industry.
"Are you okay Miss?" The man asked, surprised that she was suddenly crying.
"I'm a mess!" Elena cried. "My life is a huge mess," she cried even louder, attracting the attention of those who passed them to go use the restroom.
"It's okay Miss, whatever it is, I'm sure everything is going to be fine," the man said, he wanted to leave and Elena decided to increase the tempo of her cry.
"No it isn't going to be fine, nothing is going to be fine. Not after he left me to go be with her. After all I have done for him."
She noticed from the corner of her eyes that the guy was beginning to grow impatient and she quickly decided to appeal to his emotions.
"I'm sorry, I'm bothering you with this," she said with a sniffle, "it's just that I really don't have who to talk to, I have no friends," she started crying again. "Don't let me bother you," she turned to leave.
"It's no bother," the man said, feeling sorry that he made her think he didn't care.
"I'm sorry I don't want to ruin your mood with my issues," she sniffled.
"How about you come join me at my table?" The man said pointing to the VIP section.
"Wouldn't your friends mind?" She asked him.
"Of course not, come with me."
Elena smiled to herself as she followed the man to the VIP section because she knew this was her chance. They both sat down and he introduced her to his other two friends who too busy having their noses buried in-between the breasts of their companions to notice her.
"So what's your name?" The man asked as a waiter arrived with the bottle of champagne that he had ordered.
"Beatrice," Elena lied. "What is yours?"
"Carlos," her target replied.
"Beatrice, such a beautiful name for a beautiful lady," Carlos said.
Elena gave him a shy smile, "thank you."
"You shouldn't thank me, it's the truth."
"Well, my ex doesn't share same opinion with you on that, he believes I'm not beautiful enough, that was why he left me for someone else," she said with a pout.
"Then he is not only blind but stupid as well," the man said with a smile, exposing his crooked teeth.
Elena picked up her glass of champagne, "cheers to that," she said.
The man picked up his own glass and they both made a toast.
Later that night, after drinking and telling her target sob stories about her non existent ex and how badly he treated her. She finally had him in her corner as he kept telling her how much he was going to cherish her if she were to be his woman.
When they finished their bottle of champagne, Carlos invited her to come spend the night with him in his hotel room and she obliged.
As they left the club, she noticed the bouncers who were guarding the VIP enterance followed them.
"They are my men," Carlos explained to her when he noticed her confusion.
"Oh," Elena gave out a nervous chuckle, "you must be a big man then."
"Nah, nothing like that, just security cautious," Carlos replied smacking her butt. Juana resisted the urge to flinch. What has she gotten herself into? This was supposed to something simple just like the rest. How was she supposed to get through those mean looking guys?
"Is something wrong?" Carlos asked her when he noticed how uncomfortable she had become.
"Umm, no, I'm just tired," she said faking a yawn.
Carlos brought his arm around her shoulders, "not to worry, I will help ease off your stress when we get to the room," he said with a wink.
"Hmm, I think I should head home, maybe we can meet up tomorrow?" Elena knew it was best she aborted this mission before it got too late.
"Oh come on, I will help you feel relaxed."
The moment they got to his room, Carlos started kissing her.
"Why don't you go and refreshen up first?" Elena said in a seductive voice as she gently pushed Carlos off her. She would have use a whole tube of toothpaste in brushing before she can be able to get the bastard's taste off her mouth.
"What for?" Carlos asked confused.
"Come on honey, I think you should refreshen first," Elena leaned closer and whispered in his ear, "I will be waiting here, completely naked on the bed."
"Hmm," Carlos smiled.
"I'm sure you would like that view," Elena seductively bite her bottom lip.
"You bet I would," Carlos quickly took off his shoes, "start getting naked, because I won't be long."
"Be quick and come quench this fire," Elena started to unzip her dress, and the moment Carlos closed the bathroom door, she stopped and immediately got to work. She went straight to his coat, searching for his wallet, and the moment she found it, she opened it and found so many dollar bills and credit cards in it. She quickly slipped it in her purse. She wanted to search the wardrobe if she could find any other valuables to steal, but she knew there was no time for that, so she quickly picked up her purse and left the room.
On her way out, she ran into one of the bodyguards. "Where are you going?" He asked her in a cold tone.
"I need certain towels in the room, but the telephone in the room seems faulty, so I have to go to the reception and ask for it myself," she said making sure to smile at the bodyguard so he doesn't suspect a thing.
"Special towels? What is....."
"Are you trying to question what I and your Boss do in private?" Elena asked, pretending to be offended.
"If you must know, your boss is laying in bed waiting for me to come back with those towels, I wonder what he would think when he finds out one of his men was the cause of delay!"
Understanding the gravity of what Juana said, the bodyguard stepped out of her way and allowed her to go.
Elena heaved a breath of relief as she stepped out of the hotel, she needed to leave there as quickly as possible before Carlos finds out that she has stolen from him and sends his men after her. But she wasn't quick enough because as she crossed over to the other side of the street, she saw Carlos' men coming after her. Shit! She was doomed.
