I, Luca Winter, would assist and help Ayana Winter on her revenge plan and would never harm and hurt her. In return, I will ask for something Ayana Winter possesses and she had to give it to me willingly as the payment of my help.” Luca said casually. Ayana frowned as she looked at Luca. “Is it my father's journal?" Ayana said as she looked at the man, voicing her suspicion. Ayana noticed as the man's smile freeze for a millisecond. The man tried to act casual, but Ayana has got her answer. Ayana smiled as she finally got the response. The man was after her father’s mysterious journal. “I will give it to you if it is on my hand,” Ayana said still with a smile on her face, "and if not, you would have to ask for another thing with a similar value, take it or leave it." Disappointing

Ayana halted her step when she saw three people sitting on the dining table and none of them were Luca.

That was disappointing.

Ayana snickered as she continued her step to the dining room.

"Oh, hi sister-in-law, good morning. I thought you've gone to school since it was already 11 in the morning," Quin raised her hand and greeted Ayana with enthusiasm.

Ayana looked around, trying to find where Nico was. Shouldn't the man be here and attend to these people?

"I told Nico to prepare our room here since we will stay here for a while. I hope you don't mind that, sister-in-law," a man's cold voice sounded from beside Quin. The man's eyes didn't move from the phone as he took a sip.

Ayana was stunned to hear what the man said. He remained her to Luca since It looks like he could read her mind. But after the second thought maybe the man just wanted to inform her on what he did.
