Chapter 77 - Arrived at the Island

Right above Hiko's private island, a few minutes before Touma's plane landed at the airport.

"Touma-san, I know that Hiko-san is someone who are very rich and powerful," Shizuka said with a surprised face as she looked out the window to look at Hiko's private island whose edge was not visible at all. "But isn't Hiko-san's private island is too big? To the point you can't see the end of it from the plane?"

"Grandfather's private island wasn't something that formed naturally. It was an artificial island that was made so huge, and the cost to made that island was enough to build the Academy city three times.

The island that grandfather have was developed as a bunker in case something bad happens to the people he cares about," Touma answered with a yawn.

"He made an artificial island that surpasses Academy City's size, as a bunker? Isn't that an exaggeration?" Asked Shizuka. " And where did he get the materials to make that huge artificial island?"

"If you want to know in detail Shizuka-san why don't you ask Grandpa directly," Kotori said who was tired of hearing questions after questions from Shizuka that seemed to have no end. "I'm sure Grandpa will be happy to tell you anything you want to know about his private island."

Shizuka looked at Hiko, in his private cabin which had a see-through glass door. Currently Hiko is engrossed in making out with his two wives. Shizuka knew that if she was currently trying to ask Hiko, then that would be tantamount to asking for trouble. Shizuka sighed, and she decided to find out how the private island was created.

Touma and Kotori felt relieved, because Shizuka stopped asking. They both felt a bit annoyed by Shizuka's curiosity. They both didn't hate Shizuka, but sometimes Shizuka's excessive curiosity could really annoy and irritate them.

When the plane carrying Touma, Shizuka, Kotori, Hiko and their two wives landed at the airport.Touma, Hiko and Chitose could immediately feel that someone was secretly carrying out some kind of ritual on the island, which of course was destroyed in an instant by Hiko who had full control of the kekkai that protected the entire island.

"Onii-chan, what's wrong?" Asked Kotori. "Why does your face suddenly look tense like that?"

"There was someone on the island who was performing some kind of quite dangerous magic ritual," Touma answered. "And luckily grandpa managed to stop the ritual, just before the ritual was done."

"What kind of magic ritual was performed right at the private island that belonged to the strongest human in the world? The person who performed the ritual must be very brave or someone who are very stupid, to dare to do something dangerous within Hiko-san's domain," Shizuka said.

"Anyone who performs a dangerous ritual, be it on purpose or not, right now he must be experiencing side effects because I thwarted the ritual," Hiko said with a sigh. "Performing an angel fall ritual on my island that was built in one of the best spiritual spots on earth is a very dangerous act. If I didn't stop it in time then we would all be in quite troublesome situation right now."

In one of the rooms in Hiko's villa which was built on an artificial island, there was a fairly large explosion.

And the victim of that explosion was Kamijou Touya who had innocently and foolishly assembled a lucky charm, an idol he had gotten as a souvenir from his work and several other items that he considered to be good luck items based on the principles of feng shui but because of that he accidentally formed an angel fall magic circle by assembling all the occult stuff. The angel fall ritual that accidentaly form by Touya fortunately managed to be stopped by Hiko just in time before the ritual was completed.

Although as a result Touya is hit by an explosion caused by a failed ritual.

"Touya-san! What's wrong! Why did an explosion suddenly occur in our room?"

Kamijou Shiina dashed towards the room where she stay with her husband right after he heard a rather loud explosion.

Touya was completely unable to answer questions from his wife, because at this time he fainted because of the explosion, Touya's body suffered quite severe burns and also several bones in his body cracked.
