Chapter 64 - End of the Fight

"Well, actually I didn't have the intention to kill Aureolus at all," said Touma who looked at Aureolus who had turned to dust by now. "But since he threw away all his humanity by turning himself into a mindless monster using Ars Magna, the only thing I can do is give him death, since I have no way to save him."

Touma then walked towards Index and also Aisha who were currently lying on two tables under which there was a fairly large magic circle. Seeing that nothing happened to Index and Aisha as well, Touma breathed a sigh of relief. Beause previously he was quite worried that something bad would happen to Index and also Aisha due to the fight that took place in that room.

Kaori, catch that Senzu bean, looked at the beans for a while then ate them without hesitation, because Kaori knew that Senzu beans were very effective for healing wounds and restoring stamina. Plus Touma was giving away the beans for free, so it was impossible for Kaori to refuse the Senzu beans.

"Thank you, Kamijou Touma, for giving me the Senzu beans," Kaori said while chewing on the Senzu beans. "May I ask how Index and Himegami Aisha are?"

"They're both fine, you don't need to worry," Touma replied.

"Then what about Aureolus, how is he doing?" Asked Kaori.

"Aureolus Izzard is dead, the way he is. It's impossible for Aureolus to return to his human form, so all I can do is kill him. So he can't hurt other people anymore," Touma answered in a tone that sounded very cold.

Kaori was relieved that Aureolus had been defeated by Touma, but she didn't expect that Touma would not only defeat Aureolus but also kill him.

"I'm just doing what I see fit," Touma replied.
