Chapter 2 - Touma Reminiscene 2 and Start of the Chaos

Thanks to the power of the vampire, who turned out to be one of the four strongest vampires, Touma had healing abilities far beyond normal humans. Besides that in Touma's body there are twelve familiars of the vampire that he can control freely. Touma got additional powers that made him even more stressed, Imagine Breaker, the dragons and the invisible things that were sealed within his body can be said already made his life feel stressful. The extra power he doesn't need will only add to the trouble in the chaotic life he have.

Note: Himegami Aisa power wouldn't work on Touma because he have Imagine Breaker that neutralize Aisa power, so Touma as a 'vampire' was the only exception that cannot be killed by the deep blood.

Hiko strictly forbids Touma to use the power of the Fourth Proginetor unless there is a really serious situation. Luckily no one else knew, that Touma had absorbed the power of the Fourth Proginetor except for Hiko so at least they both felt that there would be no problem people would know that he could use the power of the Fourth Proginetor as long as Touma did not used the power of twelve familiars that the Fourth Proginetor had. Unknown to Hiko and Touma, by using a divination magic the supernatural faction around the world already know that Avrora Florestina is dead and her power has been absorbed by someone which in the future will give Touma a lot of trouble in the form of a coercive girl named Himeragi Yukina.

When Touma was thirteen years old, he became famous among level 0 Skill Outs. Because he single-handedly destroyed almost all the Skill Out group in district ten, without anyone's help or abilities he have as an Esper.

Touma fought using only his bare hands and wooden sword to defeat all of his opponents in district ten.

At the age of fourteen Touma managed to save Mitsuari Ayu who tried to commit suicide and Misaki Shokuhou who tried to erase all her memories, because Misaki was experiencing a very severe depression and wanted to stop her depression by erasing her own memory.

Touma's existence managed to make Misaki recover from the trauma she suffered and make Misaki fall in love with Touma. Touma also managed to defeat Deadlock who attacked Misaki easily, so he didn't lose his memory like the real Touma.

At the same age he managed to master Dragon Shell, one of the unique abilities in his right hand that allowed him to bring out the blue lemob dragon scales which allowed him to have super human speed, strength and endurance, Touma can also transform himself into dragon thanks to this ability.

After that Touma was invited to travel the world by his grandfather Hiko, to help his grandfather carry out various missions from the Japanese government.

In addition to traveling around the world, Touma is also invited to cross various other dimensions by his grandfather who unexpectedly has the ability to cross dimensions thanks to the Kaleidoscope that his grandfather learned from Zelretch. This gives Touma a variety of new abilities, which he automatically imitates thanks to Empathy Mimicry.

Hearing that his grandfather was a student of Zelretch surprised Touma of course, but he chose not to ask Hiko further about Zelretch to avoid suspicion. And secretly he intends to find information about Zelretch alone.

One month before Touma's fifteenth birthday, he managed to defeat a level F Blazer named Kurogane Ikki who has a troublesome sword skill, Ikki tries to imitate the Hiten Mitsurugi shown by Touma. But because Ikki's physical strength and posture are not suitable for Hiten Mitsurugi, all the veins in his body are severed and he is rushed to the hospital (Rakudai Kishi's Blazer in this fanfic is called an Esper who manifests his/her power or Personal Reality in the form of weapons. And earned the nickname as the Blazer.The level of the Blazers is divided from A to F. Blazer A's class strength doesn't reach level 5 but is only close.)

At the age of sixteen Touma who had just returned from the family gathering with his parent and adopted little sister at one one the most expensive restaurant in the city. Has to face a new problem, when he meets Misaka Mikoto the number three of the seven level five Esper in the Academy City by accident on his way to the Japanese-style inn where he and his grandfather live. Unlike the original Touma who has acute altruism, Touma who is the reincarnation of Saotome Ranma doesn't want to deal with a tsundere like Mikoto at all.

In his past life he had had enough trouble with a brutal tsundere like Akane. In his new life he doesn't want to deal with Tsundere at all anymore. He didn't want to experience the same misfortune he had with Akane.

Judst like in anime and novels, Mikoto and Touma's meeting began with Mikoto who was surrounded by thugs. But Touma didn't really care, at all. Because the Mikoto that Touma knew could protect herself, so Touma just was walked past Mikoto without reacting.

Usually Mikoto, wouldn't really care if there was no one to help her if she was surrounded by thugs, because Mikoto could help herself.

But because Touma is walking in front of Mikoto with indifferent looks on his faces, it was a very annoying thing in for Misaka Mikoto. She then shouted at Touma right after she electrocuted all the thugs surrounding her, to express her annoyance.

"Oooi! You who just passed me without reacting! Stop walking! I have something to say to you!"

Touma sighed and stopped walking right after he heard Mikoto's scream. Touma had tried to avoid trouble as much as he could, even though he didn't have the minor misfortune that the real Touma had, thanks to his success in controlling the Imagine Breaker.

But there seemed to be some problems that he couldn't avoided, no matter how hard he tried. Like his current encounter with Mikoto.

"What does Mikoto Misaka the famous Rail Gun want with a commoner like me?" Asked Touma. "To my knowledge, I haven't done anything to attract the attention of someone like you."

"If you recognize me, it's good that I don't need to introduce myself to you," Mikoto replied with a smile. "And I called you because you just walked past me surrounded by a bunch of thugs without reacting or doing anything! Did you know that a man's job is to protect a girl who is in danger!"

"Eh, you see," Touma said with a sigh for the second time. "You are a level five Esper who is the strongest level in this Academy city, plus you are the strongest Electro Master. Fighting a group of thugs that had surrounded you was not difficult thing for you why should I protect or help you who obviously don't need my help. So the strong and uncute tomboy Mikoto-sama, please don't mind me and leave me alone."

Touma's words made Mikoto very angry. She was happy, Touma called her the strongest Electro master, but when Touma called her uncute tomboy. Mikoto's anger peaked and an extremely high-voltage electric current shot out of her body. The electricity went straight to Touma who was standing with his back to Mikoto.

The electric attacks that emitted from Mikoto's body would make ordinary people faint or at worst die. But Touma casually resisted the electric attack, with his right hand he moved back without turning his body at all and after that he walked away from Mikoto saying:

"You have to be careful with your electricity biri-biri if there is an ordinary person who is hit by your electric attack that person just now can go to the hospital or worst, die."
