Chapter 19 - Sloth and Gluttony

In the next day as usual, in the first lesson on Touma class, he was currently taking lessons on Esper from Komoe. And Touma was forced himself stay up during the lesson he disliked the most, because Touma didn't want to make Komoe cry in front of him.

All of the students in Touma's class were very weak to Komoe's cries and as much as possible they all tried to keep their homeroom teacher who had a very cute face from crying.

One of the teachers on duty in the power test was irritated by Yukina whom he had summoned for thirty seconds but still remained silent and closed her eyes.

Therefore he approached Yukina while carrying a loudspeaker, aimed the speaker at Yukina's ear and shouted as loudly as possible.

The sound from the loudspeaker was right in Yukina's ear, making her flinch in surprise. To the point that she jumped too high and her body fell into the swimming pool where the power test was being carried out.

When Index woke up in the morning when she felt hungry, Index went to the kitchen to look for food. But unfortunately she couldn't find any food in the kitchen and again all the storage places in the kitchen were locked by Chitose using a combination lock, so that no one in Yuragi Sou except Chitose, Shizuka, and Touma could open it.

Feeling hopeless because she can't find food in the kitchen and also can't access the food in the fridge and cupboards. Index decided to find Chitose so she could get some food.

But even after she searched for Chitose a dozen of minutes, she couldn't find a single person in Yuragi Sou at all. Desperately Index decided to wait in the guest room until someone appeared at Yuragi Sou.

But once Index reached Yuragi Sou's warehouse, where Hiko kept the dangerous magic items that he collected from all over the world. Index smelled a pleasant smell from one of the clay jugs in front of the warehouse.

The smell emanating from the jug made Index feel even more hungry, on reflex Index quickly opened the cloth covering the top of the jug and saw the green bean gleaming in the jug.

Index quickly and without thinking twice took the handful of green beans and put it in her mouth.

And what happened next made Index wonder, because she never felt full at all no matter how much she ate.

Suddenly she can felt thst her stomach is full, as if she had eaten a food rations for several weeks.

because she felt very full and her stomach felt very heavy, Index's body then fell in front of the jug which had a paper label that said 'Senzu beans, you can't eat more than one.'

And then she passed out.

Chitose who had just returned from shopping at the market, half an hour after Index passed out. Looking for Index all over the Yuragi Sou, until finally dhe found Index passed out in front of the warehouse with a jug of Senzu beans that had the lid opened.

Chitose couldn't help but pat herface when dhe saw Index's condition.

With just one look, Chitose could immediately guess what had happened to Index, she then closed the jug containing Senzu beans and put them into the warehouse where only she, Touma and Hiko could enter the warehouse whose doors were locked with a special padlock.

Chitose tried to carry Index back to the guest room, but because Index's body was currently too heavy and she couldn't lift Index's body at all, Chitose decided to leave Index in front of the warehouse until Touma or Shizuka had Esper powers that could physically strengthen their body going home from school. Because currently in Yuragi Sou only the two of them were strong enough to lift Index's body.

And when Index woke up later, Chitose really wanted to have a 'nice' talk with the nun who was only thinking about the food..
