On his way back home Aiden ordered some of his guards to stay back at the hospital to watch over Arianna, even though he is aware that Louis's men were everywhere in the hospital. However, their incompetence was starting to scare him. If someone could feed poisoned food to Arianna, right under their noses then it means something worse could happen. He also instructed his guards at the Croft's household to be very alert and should always watch everyone that deals with Arianna.
"Be it those in charge of cleaning her room or those that does her laundry or those that prepares her meals.
"Everyone around her should be watched!
