In a middle of a forestland, an identified shadow was walking in brisk as it passed by the tall grass and some towering plants. It was dark and nothing else can be heard other than the sound of the forest. It was looking for something while its gaze is always wondering the area, making sure that nobody is around.

The rain has stopped but the path is muddy and slippery and there is threat anywhere. The moon was incandescent the moment the dark clouds vanished making the course to be accessible.

However the unknown person halted when it saw foot prints on the ground. The foot print wasn't from the same person which made it to tense up. It immediately retreated backward but out of carelessness, it stepped on a trap that was located on the ground. One of its legs was lifted as well its whole body on the midair!

The person has a quick wits and grabbed a knife from its pocket in a swift moves and without hesitation, the person cut the rope which result its body to fell on the ground with a loud 'thud'!

The person grunt a little and was about to stand but a powerful force pinned the person down on the ground relentlessly!

The person skillfully reached the sharp knife just a few meters away and instantaneously stabbed it to the perpetrator without delay!

Red crimson blood started to gush from the attacker right torso but it didn't even flinch

"I never thought i'll be able to capture a human than a beast" utter the attacker with a glint of diversion as he grab that made-up face of a wrinkled guy and what come next is his expectation.

What he just removed is an artificial face that was use on disguise. He was stunned at the way it was made in details and was almost real.

The real face of this unknown person was that very familiar bewitching pretty face

It was the lady named Eri

"Bring me back that…" she stated with a glare but she is so tense. She is unable to escape from this man strong grip and she suddenly felt helpless but what stunned her the most is that this damn red haired man wasn't reacting at all from that powerful stab! The knife is still pierced at his torso!

"Why would i? You just stab me, miss" Aka stated back as removed the knife without wincing as he kept pinning her on the ground with a strong force. This lady is totally far beyond bad news and if he removed his gaze in just a second, the tables might turn.

"That's because you're interfering mine!" Eri replied back as she tried to resist but it was the same, she can't even bulge! Not to mention, this bastard Is a top of her while her both slender arms is locked above her head!

"Really? But it's a soldier conduct to apprehend any antagonist" Aka grinned that match his cunningness while his majestic godly countenance is seen. A dribbled flowed from his attractive fiery red hair.

"I'm sure you won't let me go even if I say so" Eri muttered while her greyish eyes is staring back listlessly at Aka's.

"I don't have the intention in the first place. Why do you ask?" Aka continued to torment the poor thing

"You're a jerk" she utter

"I'm aware of that however I never thought that I'll catch someone in the midst of my hunt. Not to mention, it was an angel or maybe no?" Aka enunciated as he continued to stare at her with a glint of terror

"You should've gotten out of the forest while you still have day light, now look at you, you ended up with someone you wouldn't want" Aka added in factuality

"Am I right, miss Hit Man?"

Eri suddenly felt an uncontrollable shiver that runs from her spine to the every ounce of her body. It's like a cold bucket that was poured to her and she is unable to utter anything. This man is joking right? And if not she is doomed!

"Silence means yes, don't worry I won't tell it to anyone but there are many questions I wanted to ask but before that…-'

Eri flinch involuntary when Aka suddenly situate his head right at her exposed white neck! She nearly screamed in terror!

"What.. what are you doing?!" she stutter as she tried pushing him away with all her might but it was all in vain!

Aka returned to his past position but there is a smug look on his damn handsome face which irritated her!

This guy is a f*cking psycho!

Eri can feel just how lethal this man is!

"I'll let you go if you answer me truthfully" he offered in kindle but Eri was uneasy about it

"What is it?" Eri daringly said since this is the only option she have! Heaven knows just how startled she is to this point. She was aware of this man out bringing that's why she always tried to avoid his gaze as possible. She isn't even lucky enough to encounter him at this damn situation! Just what he is doing here in this nowhere to be found forest?

She fathoms that this man was a terrible peculiar one!

Her mind is completely on turmoil!

"What are you doing in the military?" Aka asked without seriousness at all and he looks like as if he knows all the answers anyway but he is just wasting time.

His hunter eyes was locked toward hers with no mercy at all. It's like as if he will devour her in no time

"That's none of your business, it's for self-defense" she replied back as she tried to compose her calm but it's visible that she is nervous inside. She is very good at forging her emotions and controlling it to the peak that she can easily manipulate her enemies but Aka wasn't a fool, as a fearsome warrior who has been in hell, he can easily see through that façade.

He is very sensitive to lies because he is too, is a liar

And nothing escapes his eyes

Then suddenly, he stood and let her go.

Eri on the other hand didn't linger ay longer with this crazy psycho and she immediately leave without a trace.

Seeing her departing back, his eyes darkened and a sexy grin formed through his somewhat red lips

Now, everything is bright and clear and there is nothing more to ask because he is already certain.

The black roses that came before was for her, and he easily decipher it because he once take a look at her back ground for a long time now. Her back ground was well informed and simple and nothing was strange however that's a mentality of a Hit Man. They always made sure that they don't stand out. Back then at the 16th street when he first saw her, that book that she is reading is a code for a Hit Man to undergo a mission. Every angst book is their cheat codes. Gray once told him about how the nether world work and about the way they talk with each other is done in a proper discreet and Hit Man's is no exception here. His guess has become more accurate when he saw her back then at the virtual field as a hostage, but she wasn't. She is there to assassinate someone probably one of those three attackers who intrude but when she saw that Aka, Caelan and Gear was around, she has no choice but to step down and pretend like she is a victim to avoid suspicion. She purposely showed herself that's why she was captured and was stuck at the aquarium.

That's the first failure she had because of the sudden intrusion.

The reason why Aka shot that intruder wasn't because of the Major General but it was because of her. He knew that if her target survived, she will still pursue him and kill him.

When he rushed her at the hospital, he knew that she was conscious and well awake but there is a thing that she hasn't foreseen and that's Aka intentionally told the doctor that was in charge with her to get a blood sample. Upon securing that, he gave it to Gray for further investigation and when the result came, he saw that her DNA wasn't related to a Kovsky genuine full blooded citizen, she is rather a foreigner from other country.

Hence, Gray is able to trace some Hit Man at the nether world and he secretly got their blood slyly. When his personal researchers test her blood with the acquired other blood of these prominent full blooded Hit Man's, it positive that she belongs to a family of a renowned Hit Man and maybe more than that.

That's when Aka attained her real identity

He just needed time to fix the puzzle because of how complicated every pieces was, but he never eexpect that the own mystery herself would comr right at him.

She was too smart but Aka doesn't lose at that category
