Birthday party

(I'm tired.)

that's what my thoughts been shouting as I lie wearing nothing but my boxers on my bed while staring blankly at the ceiling then I muttered to myself.

sigh*

"I wanna die.. "

after a short pause as I spaced out.

uuughh!

"wake, eat and sleep everyday's the same" I spoke to myself while my arm over head.

(I'm so bored I could really die.)

I then rose with a bored look. I then changed my clothes into casual attire and walk through the door to take a short walk in the city just like simple afternoon walk to ease my boredom.

as I walk alone in this hot sunny day while passing by a lot of strangers someone suddenly called for me within the crowd.

"bro Adrielle!!"

"overhere!! "

I quickly looked around my surroundings and found a familiar face coming closer to me.

"ah mark whats up? "

mark replied enthusiastically "my bro, you won't believe what I've found out."

I replied with little interest "what is it?"

mark replied while smiling happily with a silly look "you know claire right?"

"we're okay " I replied

mark put his hand over my shoulder while pointing at my chest and eagerly continued "well good news my bro she's gonna confess to you on her party tonight!!"

"gosh bro how do you feel?"

"you must bring me along we're bros after all"

as we continued our walk I can see how excited mark is for tonight's birthday party but unfortunately.

"mark.." I spoke on a low voice and continued.

"you know me right?"

"women are just pain in the ass."

sigh*

I shrug as I said "how could I continue to laze around if I'm too busy flirting"

my inner thoughts (I'm already stressed out living and you still want me to think about woman?)

mark abruptly replied "b-but claire is different you know I'm sure you can work it out."

I replied "did they coax you?"

"well what ever just add it to the list of women I rejected."

mark replied "come on bro enjoy your youth"

mark kept nagging on in on until without us realizing we arrive at our favorite hangout place our game addict friend's computer cafe.

mark and I went inside to the reception and saw our friend's soul coming out while lying on the table he seemed beyond tired.

mark called him by waving after seeing him "yo jared what's up my bro"

jared quickly looked who it was and replied "wha-what oh you guys I thought customers"

after trying to drive us away he came lying back mark showed an irritated expression when I tried to calm him down.

mark spoke "damn bastard driving as away like animals it's been a long time since we've met and this is how you treat us?! "

jared replied "oy simpleton come on man just give me a few minutes of sleep? your play times on me now give me some time to rest"

"geez you two just get along well don't you" I spoke with an sarcastic expression.

mark replied "fine, want to play a couple of rounds? "

I replied "yeah sure".

we went and found a vacant pc to use. once we started playing we we're so immersed that it was already getting dark we didn't realize three hours past.

mark spoke with a serious tone "timeout for a sec bro"

I replied naturally "hmm what's up? "

mark continued with an anxious tone "i-it's just, bro are you sure your not going I feel a bit bad for her"

"feel bad for whom?" jared abruptly asked with a clueless expression.

"ah jared your alive" I said while looking back with a poker face .

jared went closer and replied with a incredulous tone "what you make it sound like I died or something."

mark joined in with a silly expression while mocking jared "pfft then you should've checked yourself earlier on the mirror you looked like one step away from hell" mark replied before laughing.

"I should've ignored you guys earlier" jared replied with an irritated face then he continued out of curiosity "anyways what was that earlier about feeling bad about someone?"

"well you could ask mark if you want to know" I said while pointing mark with my thumb.

jared asked "care to fill me in meathead?"

mark replied "you, fine arguing with you give me headaches"

mark explained everything we talk about earlier to jared and a few minutes later.

mark after explaining spoke "well that's about everything."

jared reply while stroking her chin "I understand you haven't moved on yet but why won't you attend?."

I replied as I rub my cheek"who said I won't?"

after they heard what I said they were shocked and in disbelief it's understandable since I've been cold lately specifically with girls.
