Wildes Netzbachtal

As I wander through the streets of Saarbrucken, I am struck by the beauty and history that surrounds me. The valley is also home to the Weltkulturerbe Völklinger Hütte/Saarstahl, a former ironworks that is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is a must see for all visitors. The industrial architecture of the site is truly impressive and the exhibitions on display provide a fascinating glimpse into the history of iron production in the area. Visiting Wildes Netzbachtal and the Weltkulturerbe Völklinger Hütte/Saarstahl is a must for anyone looking to experience the natural beauty and rich cultural heritage of Saarbrucken.
