They arrived at the Peninsula Cafe early, and the legendary third blind date candidate had not yet shown up.

Chen Yiran and Tianxin sat by the window on the second floor, each ordering a drink, their gazes drifting towards the scene outside the window.

"Big brother Yiran, what do you think this third girl is like?" Tianxin asked Chen Yiran in a hushed voice while chewing on her straw. "Who comes to a blind date dressed formally in work clothes?"

"What else should people wear for blind dates?" Chen Yiran asked back, chuckling at Tianxin.

"They should dress casually or in their usual style," replied Tianxin after some thought. "Dressing formally feels like they're going for a job interview. It's too formal. Not good, not good."

Chen Yiran merely laughed without saying anything. However, when he looked back outside, he was taken aback by something he noticed.
