"Hmm." Tianxin nodded, swaying the glass of red wine in her hand, looking at the person sitting across from her.
Under the soft, warm ambient light in the living room, Chen Yiran's fair, jade-like face reflected a soft glow, adding a touch of warmth to his otherwise cold expression. His eyes, deep as black jade, remained fixed on Tianxin, with a dazzling and captivating light shimmering in them. His nose was prominent, and the corners of his mouth slightly pursed. When he looked at her, a warm smile was on his face.
Tianxin felt somewhat dizzy, although she hadn't started drinking yet. She feared she might already be a bit tipsy.
"Go ahead, drink; don't just look at me." Chen Yiran smiled at Tianxin, then gestured with his own glass of wine.
"Oh," Tianxin said sheepishly, lowering her head and bringing the glass to her lips for a small sip.
"Although I know I'm good-looking," Chen Yiran stated casually.
"Cough, cough, cough..." Tianxin choked on a sip of red wine.
