Part 19

Stefano pressed the brake pedal firmly when he was in front of the Rindi campus. Everyone who was there was surprised by what Stefano did. Not long Stefano came out with a worried face. Stefano approached Rindi who was standing with Nana in front of the security guard post. Rindi's forehead frowned in confusion, while Nana herself opened her mouth wide because of surprise suddenly a car stopped quickly in front of her. Stefano then hugged Rindi when his wife was really in his reach.

"Why do you always make me worry," Stefano said in a deep voice.

Rindi, who was surprised by Fano's behavior, was silent and was busy looking around the campus area. She was not ashamed, but she was uncomfortable in public and hugged by men like this. Although Rindi knew that fano was her husband.

"Hey, what are you doing? When did I make you worry? I'm fine," Rindi said then let go of Stefano's arms.

Nana who was still standing beside the two of them with her mouth open. She was shocked by Fano's behavior, she never knew that his best friend's husband could be this crazy hugging his wife in public.

Rindi and Stefano are now sitting face to face at the dining table of their apartment. Fano just kept quiet with facial expressions still like that. It seems that worry about his wife hasn't completely disappeared. Stefano rubbed his face slowly then he sighed. Fano looked sharply at Rindi now.

"Since when did you experience these events?" Stefano asked full of investigation.

Rindi frowned her forehead confused. What exactly is Fano talking about now.

"What happened? What do you mean?" Asked Rindi back.

Stefano looked at Rindi in disbelief at this time, how could Rindi ask what was wrong. Who is actually being fooled right now. He or rather Rindi himself who fools himself.

"Don't joke Rin, since when did friends on campus treat you badly? And why did they do that? Is it because you are my wife?" Stefano said on Rindi.

Rindi's eyes are now widely rounded, from his facial expressions very clear if what Stefano said was true.

Rindi sighed to see his locker again full of garbage and even the drink water that was deliberately spilled into it. With painstaking Rindi cleaning the locker. "Answer Rin! Don't just stay quiet. Is it true that you experienced bad things like that for a long time?"

Stefano's firm voice surprised Rindi. Rindi did not immediately answer, she just stared at Stefano now. Stefano groaned in annoyance then stood up now.

"If you really don't want to answer, I find out for yourself," Stefano said then went to the room leaving Rindi who was still confused now.

Rindi really wanted to say everything to her husband. But if finally Stefano returned to tell him to move to college what about the tuition fees she had to change later. While the savings she has constantly aunt and uncle took little by little. Rindi sighed heavily then put his head on the table now, he was confused about what to do now.

Stefano stopped his car in front of Rindi University. After removing the seat belt, Rindi greeted Stefano's hand.

"I only briefly, can wait for me?" Rindi asked quietly.

Stefano looked at Rindi then nodded his head agreed. Rindi smiled then got out of Fano's car. The girl walked into the university after greeting the guard security guard. While Fano looked at Rindi's back. It's been a few days he delivered Rindi's pick -up but why nothing happened to his wife. Not as he suspected with Victor. Stefano ended up waiting for Rindi while checking his work schedule for the next 1 week.

Rindi was checking her email in the car that was driven by himself and Stefano towards the direction of returning home. Rindi saw some of her work that had to be translated as soon as possible. Even though she plans to go on vacation with Nana. Rindi glanced at Stefano who had been silent. They both rarely interact, even though the truth is that Rindi really wants to chat with her husband. Rindi her throat diverted Stefano's attention. Fano briefly turned to Rindi then then focused on driving again.

"Chan, may I ask?" Said Rindi ventured.

Stefano again just nodded his head in response to Rindi's words. Stefano's wife sighed softly at Fano's reaction. Rindi looked straight ahead later.

"Can I go on vacation with Nana?" Rindi asked softly and flatly.

In the end Rindi was tired of facing her husband who had a changing attitude like a chameleon.

"Where are you going? And when? For the next 1 week my schedule is full. I can't accompany you to go," Stefano said answering Rindi's question. Fano now turns his car into his office area.

Rindi turned to Stefano, why didn't they go home to go to the agency.

"I have to sign an important file, not long. You can wait in my studio," Stefano said as if he knew the purpose of his wife's confused view.

Rindi's head nodded in agreement with her husband's words. Rindi thought she could finish his work while waiting for Stefano to finish his work too.

"I told Stefano, and he answered yes implicitly. He asked where we would go."

Rindi replied Nana's message while waiting for Stefano to talk to several staff in his work studio. Rindi looked into the Fano studio. This is the first time Rindi sees Stefano so seriously working.

Ting...

"Let's go to Sokcho Beach, not too far from Seoul. How?"

Rindi frowned in confusion. She often heard the name of the beach but he didn't know how far or near his distance from Seoul.

"I said Stefano first, tomorrow I will let go back."

Rindi put his cellphone back after replying to Nana's last message. Rindi looked back at the glass that limits him and her husband in his office. The purpose of Rindi is waiting for Fano while working miserably, now the sweet girl puts a headset in the ear and listening to some of her favorite music.

Rindi packed his clothes, she who would not stay long in Sokcho only carried a few sheets of clothes. Rindi stopped her activities when the door to his room was knocked from outside.

"Can you talk for a moment?" Stefano said when he saw his wife standing in front of him now.

Rindi followed Stefano sitting on the sofa. Stefano looked at Rindi for a moment. Fano then offered a savings book to Rindi. Stefano also offered a credit card to Rindi.

"Use this for your needs," Stefano said later.

Rindi linked his eyebrows, she never once thought of getting this from Fano. The needs every day Stefano is sufficient, why now Fano actually gives this to him.

"For what? I have enough money, Chan," Rindi said subtly.

Stefano looked at Rindi then sighed shortly. He put a savings book and credit card in Rindi's hands.

"Let's just say this is your reward to be my contract wife," Stefano said again in a cold tone.

Rindi choked unable to say hearing Stefano's words just. She who agreed to Fano's invitation to get married, never had the mind to ask for rewards. Rindi Murni only wants to help Fano get out of problems regarding him too.

"Chan, what do you mean reward? I ..."

Rindi's sentence was interrupted when the fano apartment bell rang. Stefano immediately stood ignored the words of Rindi again. Rindi herself now looked at Stefano while holding back her tears out.

The next day, Rindi had finished cooking once in the morning. Rindi deliberately makes a little more side dishes. Because she won't be at home for the next 3 days. After preparing breakfast and lunch fano lunch, Rindi knocked on the door of Fano's room.

"Breakfast is ready," Rindi briefly then went to her room without waiting for Fano to come out.

Rindi just came out when Fano had started breakfast. Rindi sat in front of the fano then she drank the milk he deliberately made for him to consume in the morning. Rindi has no appetite today. Fano glanced at Rindi who did not have breakfast, his mouth was open to ask but instead Rindi first spoke.

"The side dishes are ready in the refrigerator, heat it when you want to eat it. It's your lunch, don't forget to eat no matter how busy you work. I have to leave now, Nana is waiting at the bus terminal," said Rindi then stood up.

Rindi kissed Fano's hand first before actually leaving. Stefano was astonished to see Rindi's attitude that changed 180 degrees. Rindi's facial expression never had Fano at all seeing before. Stefano stopped eating and following Rindi, but Fano stopped at the doorway of the house when he saw Rindi had completely come out and did not look back.
