"You're not going to abandon us... Right, Marikawa sensei?" - Shido asked as he looked carefully at the nurse - "These students need you."

Shizuka frowned slightly because this was a difficult decision. She, as a nurse had a duty to take care of all her patients, even if it meant having to put up with someone like Shido, however, this was dangerous.

She could feel the hidden desire in the professor's gaze, this was something she had felt since she was a teenager, a time when she had an explosive growth, and went from being an A-cup girl, to an I-cup. Yes, her transformation into a woman was surprising, even to herself.

Shizuka was about to say something, when she felt a hand on her shoulder.

She slowly looked at the one responsible, and smiled slightly when she saw that it was Cloud, who was smiling at her. Shizuka quickly felt the message in that smile, he was telling her to do whatever she wanted, that he would support and protect her, which made her heart give a small jump.

Shizuka quickly shook her head and looked at the professor, who was simply smiling because he knew that with his words, the naive nurse would have no choice but to agree, after all, he knew how kind this woman was.

"I'm sorry, but I don't plan to follow you" - Shizuka said seriously.

Shido's expression froze, and he quickly tried to debate, but before he could say anything else, he felt something cold pass across his cheek, creating a small cut - "Ah!"

"I'm sorry, but I've lost my patience" - Kohta said neutrally while aiming his nail gun - "I've been listening all this time, and so far I've found nothing but words that reflect the way you are, a greedy man who only wants to fulfill his desires..."

Shido frowned as he looked closely at the bespectacled fat boy, though he quickly took a few steps back when he noticed how cold his expression was. This kid was dangerous, that was what his instincts told him, possibly on the level of Cloud Strife.

The black-haired professor took a long breath before smiling - "I guess I can't convince you to join us, though I'd like to ask you for a little ride out of this place..."

"That won't be necessary" - Cloud said disdainfully because he was prepared for this.

"Are you planning to leave us stranded in such a dangerous place?" - Shido asked with a frown. The hatred between the two was mutual, so he wasn't surprised by the blond's words, but he was sure that his "rival" wouldn't do anything that would endanger the "innocent students" behind him.

"Oh, that's not what I meant" - Cloud replied innocently - "I meant that it won't be necessary for us to give you a ride, because I have a present for you."

Shido frowned when he heard this, though his expression changed when he saw the blond throw something at him, however, his timing was so bad that this fell to the ground. When he saw what it was, he noticed that it was keys that he recognized immediately, so he fell silent as he bit his lip furiously.

"Did you like it, Shido?" - Cloud asked with a huge grin.

Shido's expression crumbled as he prepared to fight the blond to the death, though his expression changed when he saw how Saeko was getting on guard and how Kohta had his finger on the trigger of the nail gun - ". . ."

The students behind Shido simply stood aside as they watched the professor take the keys and walk to his bus. They quickly ran after the professor, though not before looking at Cloud's group with regret, after all, this group had the hottest girls in the academy, while they had lost all their girls, or rather, sacrificed them to survive.

Cloud watched this with a frown because he expected Shido to fight more, but it seemed that the danger had made him think twice, which ruined his plan. He wanted to take the opportunity to hurt him enough, so he couldn't escape, though to do this he needed an excuse, at least, so he wouldn't look bad in front of his group - "Tch, you sneaky bastard."

Saeko simply shook her head as she motioned for the others to get on the bus.

"This is horrible" - Airi said with a pale face as she looked out the window and noticed how there were not only hundreds of corpses scattered all over the place, but also stores had their windows smashed, in other words, looting.

"Calm down" - muttered Takashi as he hugged his girlfriend.

"What are we going to do now?" - Saeko asked as she shook her head as she didn't expect chaos to take over the city so easily.

"It's simple, we'll try to contact your families" - Cloud answered as he pondered - "We also need supplies."

"I tried to talk to my parents, but the line went dead in the middle of the call" - replied Rei while frowning - "The others had similar results, in fact, even the emergency signal is saturated."

"My father is out of the country for an event as a special guest" - Saeko said as she shook her head - "He's the only family I have"

"My parents are in France at their respective jobs" - Kohta replied as he explained how his mother was a famous fashion designer, while his father was a renowned pianist.

"You sound like a character from an Anime" - said Saya as she gave him a blank stare - "Although it would make more sense if your father was a cruise ship captain."

"Oh, that's my grandfather" - Kohta replied as he felt the other members of the group give him a blank look.

"I don't have a family to worry about, in fact, I live with Cloud" - Miku said as she shrugged.

"The relationship with my parents isn't good, so I haven't been in contact with them" - Shizuka said as she frowned while remembering her parents.

"Constant calls about marriage?" - Kyoko asked as she saw how her colleague nodded - "I knew it, I'm in a similar situation, more with my first divorce..."

"I didn't know you were divorced, Kyoko sensei" - said Saya with surprise.

"It's not something that many people know" - Kyoko replied with a vacant look - "I don't want to talk about it though."

The group members just nodded silently because it was obvious that something horrible had happened to the teacher.

Airi interjected and said that her parents were out, which left Cloud being the last to explain his situation.

"The people who took care of me as a child are safe, I know this because I have a few subordinates watching over them" - Cloud said as he frowned while speaking about these people unknown to the group.

Saya frowned because she knew who he was talking about, after all, Cloud was the grandson of the leader of the Strife group, one of the rival gangs of his father's, even if he didn't accept it, all this because Cloud discovered the truth of his origin.

Soichiro Takagi, Saya's father, decided to take him under his wing and teach him everything he knew, hoping that one day he would accept his origin and take control of his grandfather's gang, with this he would have a good ally and there would be no need to fight for the territory.

Cloud accepted this without hesitation, he even promised that he would hand over the control of his grandfather's gang to him, after all, this was the reason why he had lost his mother in this world, which had reignited his trauma.

As for the blond's current situation, after being strong enough, Cloud appeared in front of his grandfather and without hesitation killed him. The grudge he felt for his mother's death was too great to forgive the old man, even knowing that he was his last blood family.

That was how Cloud took control of the Strife group, and made Seiya, become his right-hand man after discovering some things about his mother's past.

"We'd better change the subject" - Saya said while shaking her head - "Now we have to find supplies".

"You're right" - Cloud said as he looked around and noticed a grocery store - "Let's go to that place, let's be careful though, Takashi, Saeko, Rei, Kohta, you guys will come with me to pick up everything we can, the rest I want you to be aware of the surroundings, there might be people ready to ambush us for our supplies, or for something much worse, you guys."

The women felt a huge discomfort when they heard this because even if they didn't want to admit it, they understood their situation. They were currently the best "item" any survivor could get.

Cloud nodded when he noticed that the women were becoming aware of the seriousness of the situation, so without another word, he entered the store with his group, and exited after a few minutes without much hassle. The supplies near the entrance had been looted without leaving anything behind, but those further back were in their entirety.
